Web-based software is safer

There are number of IT challenges that small company is facing on daily basis. Most small businesses can not afford to keep full time admin or IT guy to worry about proper computer maintenance and not all companies properly  backup their systems. Web-based applications are generally considered to be safer than traditional desktop applications because they are hosted on a remote server rather than on the user's local device. This means that web-based applications are not vulnerable to the same types of security risks, such as viruses or malware, that can affect traditional desktop applications. Additionally, web-based applications can be accessed through a secure connection using HTTPS, which encrypts all data sent between the user's device and the server. This helps to protect sensitive data, such as login credentials and financial information, from being intercepted by hackers or other malicious actors.
