102 IRONWORKS

I purchased an Xcalibur trailer that was manufactured by 102 Iron Works 3 years ago. The trialer looked amazing and the price point was great when I purchased it. The trailer was for personal use to haul a 30hp new holland tractor 3x per year and for transport of my vehicles if ever need be. 2x Honda Civics, Lexus RX350, Honda Pilot, BMW M5 and a 1969 Pontiac Firebird. The trailer was used very little and stored indoors at all times. Every use it was cleaned and inspected. The trailer continually formed rust during my ownership which lead to my selling of it. Upon purchase I was informed that it was coated with premium Sherwin Williams paints. Im unsure if that was a truthful statement or if the manufacturer improperly coated bare metal. Either way I will NEVER purchase any product from 102 Iron Works again and I strongly urge others to do the same. I have done thorough research and have purchased a Maxxd N5X 10k trailer to replace the Xcalibur and have yet to see the significant rust or degradation of their products.. 7/24/2021 Update to business owners response. Yes I did contact the dealer. He stated that they no longer carry 102 Iron Works products. He also stated that you basically get what you pay for. I can't refute that I purchased the trailer due to being inexpensive compared to others. That's a mistake I will never make again. As a local business owner myself I feel that your response shows how much you personally DON'T care about the products that you provide. Reverting to the dealer doesn't justify your company providing sub-par products. This review is only to help others like myself who are searching for a QUALITY product at a reasonable price. 102 Iron Works doesn't provide that in my opinion..

Great trailers at a great price. To the customer who left a 1 star review..... Trailer prices are up 35% across the board. It's not the trailer dealer or manufacturer causing these price increases. And NO I am NOT a friend, family member or an employee of 102 Irin Works. Just stating facts that no one should give a 1 star review of a company over something the company has no control of! Raw goods prices, parts, no one wanting to work and freight are killing all manufacturers and retailers.

Purchased 2 trailers from Marc at Ridgeland Auto World. I got one in August of 2019, like it so much purchased another in February of 2020. It is absolutely the best pulling trailer I have ever used. Will buy another if the need arrives.

Absolutely the best Trailer you can buy for the money, not only do they look good the quality is amazing, I bought the challenger 20' and use it all the time. We bought ours from a dealer in Ms, Ridgeland Auto World and they were easy to do business with.
