We have been working with Nathan over at 4-D Trucking for a couple years now, but more consistently over the past few months. They do a great job and are great at communicating. Definitely recommend using this company for any of your trucking needs.

4-D Trucking is a company that cares about their customers happiness above all else. They strive for perfection and also care enough to help out their community in many ways. Reading some of these other reviews I can only imagine that some people are only writing reviews on this page to slander this company. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with 4-D and can only expect these reviews to be disgruntled ex employees.

Friendly, kind, patient owners, clean, nice decor, good equipment that seems to be well maintained, that is always an enormous + to have peace of mind that what you are hauling is safe for you, & everyone around you!!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WITH FUTURE ICY CONDITIONS AROUND THE CORUNNA, DURAND, AND OWOSSO AREAS! I am posting this for a friend!!! "For those who do not know, Brandon and I barely missed a head on collison with a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road last Thursday night. No worries we are safe and unharmed, however my vehicle is totalled thanks to the negligence of the other driver. You would think the accident itself would be the worst we had to deal with, however, it was just beginning. The night of the accident the Michigan State police contacted a towing company named justice towing, also referred to as 4-D Trucking in Durand, Michigan. When the driver arrived at the scene of the accident I immediately requested him to take my vehicle to Professional Auto Collision which was maybe ten minutes down the road. The driver asked if I had full coverage and if I would be paying towing fee in full, I said yes and that my husband was currently on the phone with the insurance company. Thought it was taken care right then. The driver loaded my vehicle on first then proceeded to attach the other damaged vehicle. Once the other vehicle was attached he said he could no longer transport my car to my requested location due to having both cars on the tow and i would have to contact the company in the morning. What!? Fast forward to Friday morning. I was able to contact 4-D at 9:09AM, in which the gentleman on the phone said I wouldn't be charged a storage fee and they would transport my vehicle that morning. I contacted Professional and made them aware the car was arriving that morning and to call me when it arrived. 12:04PM approaches and no phone call. I recontacted 4-D Trucking and they said that they wouldn't move my car until they were paid, makes sense. However, the insurance company only covers one tow fee and 4-D wanted $450 to move my car now. Why do I have to pay $450 to move a vechile that shouldn't have been there in the first place??? My husband then contacted the company in which he talked to the "owner" John Dillon. He continued to refuse to release my car and hung up on my husband. GREAT customer service mentality right there. You sir, double dipped Thursday night and took my misfortune for gain on your part. By the time 3:09PM approached we came to the realization nothing was going to be resolved until Monday morning. I was unfortunately working and unable to retrieve important items out of my car so Brandon went. When he arrived to pick up my items he was taunted by the owner with statements such as "maybe if you learned how to drive you wouldn't be in this situation" "get the **** out of my warehouse". My husband felt threatened and we finally decided to just pay the $450 to get out of this situation. The owner laughed at him and said that for him to take my vehicle it would be well over $450! Talk about ridiculous and I was forced to leave my car there over the weekend while he collected storage fees. Needless to say the police have been contacted and I will be contacting the Business Bureau. GOD BLESS anyone who has to deal with this scam artist in the future."

Unless I have been misinformed- John Dillon is the owner of this company. About 10pm last night John called me and what ensued was the least respectful conversation I have been a part of in my professional career. The man claims to have been doing this for 35 years; I struggle to believe he is even of that age after his immature display of insults and threats. I would strongly advise using another trucking company if possible. I am writing this review with the sole intention of sparing others from a similar experience.
