I just started working here. And I have to say Tucker staff and employees have and are possibly the nicest people that I have met. Like to laugh, but also get down to business. This is a solid company. I have nothing negative to say. Good freight /good pay and The most important thing connsistent revenue. You work 5 days a week and pay attention to details you will have a good check and it will read direct deposited When there has been small oversight and payroll they make it correct that day

The entire staff as well as the owners treat you NOT like a numbered driver, but as a member of a strong family. In the difficult times we all face, rest assured, Tucker has it figured out..most importantly, has your back!

My experience working at Tucker has been nothing but GREAT thus far! There is an infectious company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. It's a place where you can work hard but have fun while doing so. There's also a supportive environment that encourages and promotes growth and career opportunities. My co-workers are great and the Tucker family makes you feel apart of the family rather than just another employee. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Tucker is really a great place to work! As someone who is new to the state and new to the industry, I have been given nothing but patience and motivation. I truly feel as though everyone has the same goal in mind: delivering freight and taking care of drivers & employees.

The company I work for does all the IT work for Tucker Freight Lines. My experience, from our initial contact of quoting the equipment and service to the day-to-day ongoing support has been professional and first-rate. I spend a lot of time working there and observe their interaction with drivers, customers, suppliers and vendors. I have seen them (and helped them) grow and innovate tremendously from their initial start, but never at the expense of people. I would not hesitate to recommend someone work for or with TFL. The owners are class act people and strive to fill their company with the same.

Best Company in Dubuque! Best leadership in town! So thankful I found them, everyone cares so much about each other. They go out of their way to make sure drivers hit their bonus. They give people time to learn and grow. Tucker has a great reputation in the industry, especially with local customers in town. I highly recommend!!!

This is a great company that cares about their drivers best interest. They want to see them succeed for the long haul.They put safety as a priority to protect their drivers and the community. I would never hesitate to drive next to one of their trucks on the roadway with my family and that can not be said for most other trucking companies. This is overall a great company to work for with a laid back family environment.
