Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Driver travels around 70 miles to get a load. He arrives only to find out that the load was already picked up. These people won’t even pay a tonu that will cover your expenses. To get their already cheap freight.

US 50 Express for JONES MOTOR LOGISTICS INC
Guys don't lease your truck with jones motors or jones express they just leave you waiting for load and don't pay sh’’ there’s better options out there than a company that doesn’t care about drivers. Company’s like this one should be closed.

Florida trapper for JONES MOTOR LOGISTICS INC
Please do not lease your on to this company the recruiter Tammy J. Hooks is a liar. She will tell you anything just for you lease your truck with them. Do not trust this lady she will lie on you so bad if things don’t go her way. I use to like Jones motor but after dealing with Tammy hooks. I will never applied there again

McCray's Trucker Life for JONES MOTOR LOGISTICS INC
It's a good company if you know how to dispatch yourself and negotiate rates. I contracted to Jones Express for 2 years and made money. 95% of the loads I pulled were found and negotiated myself. Steve Grater is the guy to call or email when you need help for anything. But Tina in the main operation is rude and unprofessional. My engine went out in my truck in Pennsylvana had to find a ride home and a way to get a new truck. Friend of mine that worked for Jones Also offered me to team got six months so I can get down payment on new rig. I called Tina in operations letting her know I have a way to keep working. She refused to allow me to stay on and team to get a new truck. I called Steve but there was nothing he could do. So went to my old company bought a new truck and still making money. But if I was in the mindset to self dispatch again I would go back to Jones Express.

I was an Owner Operator with Jones Motor Group, I have only good things to say about this company and the people I worked with. Everyone from the Jones agents, to all the people in the office, these are sincere good people to work with. I had loads, I never had a problem with settlements. Every person in this company treated me like I was a person. I would re-sign with Jones Motor Group in a quick minute.
