I am so happy that I made the move to Provision Transport. I have never worked for a company that shows the amount of respect and appreciation that this company does. For the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to work. If there is a problem that arises there is no finger pointing only a team effort to come to a resolution, and this even includes management. My stress level has dropped and my wife actually tells me I seem like a different person because I brag about this company all the time instead of griping. The company takes care of and cares for it's employees & though you hear it once in a while about other companies PVT truly does have a family atmosphere. I work in the dispatch office and work with other dispatchers and all the drivers and get along with them all. When I leave at the end of the day they actually say "Thank You". Imagine that a company that thanks you for doing your job, especially when it is one you love. I used to hate going to work but not anymore, now I actually look forward to it. Drivers... looking for a new home? Tired of irregular, long hours where you're only getting paid when your wheels are turning? Well... don't conflate that with having a bad employer as that's just the trucking industry in general. However, if you're employer simply doesn't care about you personally and/or professionally (much less know your name), doesn't provide you regular and systematic home time, doesn't provide competitive mileage rates, health insurance or 401(K), doesn't provide you enough miles...then you might want to give Pro Vision Transport, Inc (PVT) a solid look. PVT is a smaller, family run business that I refer to as "classy." These folks care about their drivers and their equipment. Dispatch and front office administration is small, guaranteeing that they know you and you know them on more than just a professional level. Further, they are always available to take your call - day or night - to assist you with any matter. Trucks and trailers (all later models) are washed weekly and regularly maintained by their on-site crew of mechanics in their well-maintained, on-site maintenance facilities. Short runs, medium runs, long runs...they have them. Want to be home daily, weekly, never...have to be back for that doctor appointment, family function, or kid's event? PVT can accommodate. It should be noted that I wasn't paid to write this review. Nope. I drive for PVT (so in a sense I guess I'm paid) and just thought that - as a fellow driver - you deserved an honest assessment of what PVT is really like. So...if you are a skilled, honest, respectful, courteous, team player of a driver...give PVT a call. We look forward to meeting you!
