Hotel urgently needs a remodel. Furthermore, the rooms had not been cleaned (stains on sheets, crumbs in bed).
We asked for a baby bed, which the staff reluctantly provided. It was filthy and non-functional. When we asked for a replacement, the staff said they had another one, which they admitted was dirty! We ended up going to the nearby Target and bought a new bed.
Rooms are also totally overpriced, even if they had been clean!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, off the main drag and quiet. Would have got a 5 but the coffee was “HORRIBLE” and the breakfast was ‘meh’. Just go to McD’s its within walking distance.

When someone spend $162/night you’d expect a lot better than what this “hotel” provides. Outdated and dilapidated rooms. Fire code violations. No frills continental “breakfast” area. Don’t go by words alone. Post pics as I have. 4 of us had 2 rooms and the photos are from just One room. The other room was just as bad. Clearly the owners of the business don’t reinvest in their business and gouge consumers on rate because they are near more “upscale” locations. Won’t be staying at this hotel again. Luckily it was only for one night .

All 4 staff that I had contact with are rude and unprofessional, two men, and two women, what a big mistake I made by staying in this what's called (hotel), two weeks of pain.
The first night I got the room was with dirty sheets and dirty bed liner, no one cared, I had to replace them myself, there I should take off, but I made the mistake of staying.
I blame Choice Hotels website where a shiny unreal pictures you can see.
Take it from a diamond member,
Perhaps it's time for me to switch to IHG Hotels. Worth trying now.

Rooms are cool. Nothing really special about them. They are clean and maintained everytime I've been there. Shower was clean and water pressure was up to par. I have mixed feeling about the staff. Some were super nice and welcoming, some seemed to regret that they signed up to work in a hotel. Cleaning staff that actually do the rooms are always super friendly, always atleast greet you if you walk past.
Location is great. Close enough to restaurants, gas stations and a target. Also bigger things like a bowling alley and arcade are nearby if you happened to be visiting friends or family.

We needed sheetz and blankets and noone was around we rang bell and searched all hallways and noone was to be found I will never stay in this hotel again! Aweful! Blood on wall bathroom not clean just aweful go somewhere else!

The room wes neat and clean. The room we got was generous and the couch in the living space acted as a third bed which was great for the family.
The staff were very, nice, friendly and hospitable. Any requests or concerns were met promptly.
Breakfast was standard but the food tasted fresh.
Overall a great experience for the budget!
