This place was fine, nothing to write home about. I had a bed to sleep in and a toilet. The flower garden was a nice touch.

The staff was very nice and booking was simple. The rooms weren't anything great, but they do what they are intended to do. The beds were actually petty comfortable.

I made a reservation online on a deal and was able to pay once I checked in. The room was clean, neighbors were quiet, internet worked well. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but for the price of the room, it is what it is. I was still able to have a good night's sleep before bringing my daughter CS Mott the next morning. Would have been nice to have a few more channels, especially one that had cartoons suitable for younger kids. Overall, a great deal for the price.

Air conditioning barely worked and The blonde middle aged women with bun is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. She should not work in the hospitality industry.

There is no elevator. If you can't do stairs, make sure you specify something on ground level. The room was clearly not well taken care of. The light in the bathroom didn't work, they were very stingy with towels, the complementary soaps and shampoos were nasty, and my kids found a nearly-full bottle of vodka in the freezer. Not that I'm complaining about free booze, but it does demonstrate a lack of attention to detail. The heater in the room had no functioning middle setting... either freeze or boil during the night. What they call "room service" is actually some 3rd party delivery service that they say can take hours to arrive, and you're better-off grabbing delivery menus that they have available in the lobby (which is in a separate building).

Burned out light bulbs, TV broken, peeling ceiling & wall paint. Filthy. Heater flooded my room late night. Ice machine & vending machines both broken (after walking in pouring rain to get there). If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Because we are handicapped and checked in at around 2:00 pm, we were still there were only 2nd floor rooms and the parking lots are for the most part empty. The only reason we stayed was because we have a dog. There is no way first floor rooms weren't available to the handicapped. My husband is a disabled veteran and I have bad knees. We have stayed here several times over the last few years but this will be our last. No reason someone with disabilities should ever have to climb stairs.

The beds are so comfortable, the a.c. is so powerful. But the only thing is finding your assigned room. The whole place is like a little maze, you just have to follow the numbers. FYI the orange juice machine doesn't work last time i checked

I'm here pretty often, they're always kind. The rooms are clean, as are the beds and sheets. The TV quality isn't great but you get what you pay for. Every room I've been in had a mini fridge and microwave which is nice for longer stays. Breakfast is also good and there is even a guest laundry to clean your clothes. It's a nice place to stay if you aren't trying to spend hundreds of dollars, and if you're part of their rewards program you can earn free stays.
