Create a business sale ad

In order to add a business sales ad, you need to click the Add New Listing button. The form of adding a business ad will open.

In the first step of the adding form, you need to specify a short description of your business, choose a business industry to which your business and business category. You can also add additional information:

Checkbox Inventory  (Included in Asking Price or not Included) is noted if the inventory of your business is included in the cost.

Checkbox Can Be Moved - is noted when there is a physical ability to move a business to another location.

Employee - indicates the number of employees that have been involved to ensure your business activities.

Reason for Selling - specify the reason for which business is sold.

In the text area of Description, you can add a detailed description of your business activity.

By filling in the required fields and clicking on the Next button you will go to the second step of adding the ad.

In this step, you can download your business photos. To do this, click the Add Files button and in the window that opens, select the desired image on your device and click on the Start button, the image will be attached to your ad. You can download as many images as you consider. After downloading the photo you need to click Next to go to the third step of creating the ad.

In the third step of creating an ad, you need to specify the State and Market where your business is, indicate the Asking price - cost of which you evaluate your business, and if necessary, specify additional financial data, such as Sales Revenue and Cash Flow.

After filling in the required data, you need to press Next

In the last fourth step of adding the ad, you need to specify your contact information or data of the person who sells your business. To your attention - the contact details will not be displayed on the ad. The advertisement will have a Contact Owner form where the potential buyer of your business will be able to leave you a message that will be automatically redirected to you to your address or phone that you indicate when you create an ad.

After filling in all the data and saving the form, the ad will be created.

The ad you add will be available in the left menu, Marketplace section.

You can edit the ad by clicking the Edit button.

Change the status of the ad. (Make inactive, Mark sold, Mark Pending, Make Draft, Set Premium)

In order to delete an ad, you need to click on the Delete button.
