Very bad service! They first packed up our router and so we had no internet in the house. Then when they came back to put of stuff back they said they accidentally misplaced all of our info about what went where, so we had to re-arrange all the furniture. And they also can’t find a vintage mid century modern piece of furniture. How do you loose it? This is what you do for a living! It’s been a week and they still can’t find it. And now they are not answering my calls. I would not use this company!

When our basement flooded in May, the mitigation company assigned by our insurance company set us up with 1 800-Packouts to come help move the contents of our basement. It was decided at that time the contents would be moved to the main living space downstairs and covered. We had already moved 90% ourselves due to the fact that the carpet had to be pulled up in the bedrooms in the basement, so most things just needed to be moved to the center of the room. 1 800-Packouts were at our home for a total of 54 minutes and packed up one chest full of collectibles and moved the chest to the main room. They charged us for 3 moving techs for 6 hours, PPE that was not worn, and a daily charge for a moving truck and equipment. They charged $300 for moving 2 twin mattresses and box springs (my husband moved one mattress) from one room to another (less than 40 feet). Evaluate, tag, and inventory which was $253 consisted of taking 22 pictures. A charge of $1800 and being billed for 6 hours of work is totally unacceptable especially when as I mentioned they were only here at our house 54 minutes. I was told when I questioned the charges that there is usually a minimum daily charge of 8 hours. No where on the paper we signed or on the their website or in dealing with Nivek the mitigation company was this revealed . If so, we never would have agreed to their services as 6-8 hours of work time was not required by us. They also said they could not make any revisions or investigations due to the administrative hours that would be added would make up for more than the requested revisions. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

While my wife and I were in a precarious situation in having to move all of our belongings due to an event surrounding our home and family we were introduced to 1-800 Packouts. We had an opportunity to work with multiple team members and felt that they were consistent in everything that they said. From when they would be at our home, to how long it would take and what the end result was going to be once it was dropped off. The staff was thorough in many aspects. They knew the questions we would ask and answered many before we even knew that this would should be something that we should know. We are grateful to them for all of items being returned and that now we can experience normal once again with the items that make our house a home.
