They required a COD payment for hardware and window blinds. All items were installed well except one window blind. I made multiple calls. The first sale person I worked with had quite. The second one quite. A manager told me he would look into the last blind, but did not return my calls and would not accept my calls to the office. I tried to reverse a reasonable portion of the charge to my credit card ($800 of $3,400) and disputed saying the work was done properly. Still will not call me back. The home is on Moormans Arm Capitol Homes, Inc Management promised a credit, but none was ever received.

I don't know why goggle keeps asking me about 31W Insulation. Never done business with them or been to there office. Don't even know where they are located at.

We are so pleased with our new frameless shower door. Our service tech Anthony, was prompt and did a fantastic job installing the door.

Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues, apologized for any communication issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I just wished I had originally received the same service that I received tonight. 31-W made everything right. I would recommend this company after experiencing the great customer service from their leadership team. Original Post: We chose the Milan, TN company based on a good recommendation from a family member. However, the company’s main rep, Mr. Ballard is not proactive in communicating. I took a day of leave to be prepared for a door install and had I not taken the initiative to check on the status, I would have never found out that their installer “called in.” I work Monday through Friday so I requested a Saturday install... “the installer will be there by 0900” and here I am at 0945 still waiting... I had high hopes of great customer service, but the lack of communication, the wrong parts being ordered and delay in the installation process has been very disappointing.

I had to call this location "corporate" after several attempts of having an electrical socked cover broken by the Bowling Green KY location. The regional manager took care of the problem roughly with in 24 hours. The Bowling Green KY location kept putting it off. If the crews there in Goodletsville are anything like the regional manager, I would hire this location. Said what, when he would do and did it. Thank you. Sorry I can't remember his name.

Salesman made promises he couldnt keep

My grandpa retired driving a truck for 31-W and to this day I still have picture/ postcard of Wayne Day and his race car he signed for me when I was a child. I have always heard good things of 31-W Insulation

Great business, Had an initial inspection, when he arrived . I let it be known what I wanted to accomplish . He gave me a straight forward advice and job description.
