I wish I could give zero stars! The people who work at this 7-11 are RUDE & they don’t keep their equipment working properly. Everytime I come to this 7-11, I have to run my card 3 times before their machine will say it worked. Yet my account shows it coming out each time and then putting it back in! It doesn’t matter if it’s my credit card or my check card. It’s EACH time I come here. When I tried speaking to the woman (I believe who is the manger) she laughed and thought it was funny. No clue why? When you go to the 7-11 across the street, there is never an issue with my cards in their machine. The 7-11 in Linden, never an issue either. Not to mention both those 7-11’s have much nicer staff. The only reason I stop at this one is if the others are out of slurpee flavors or to get gas. Yet each time I’m reminded why I shouldn’t. They don’t know how to take card payments unless you do it 3X! Utterly ridiculous! Fix your machine! No excuse for such nonsense!

Very dishonest cashier. I stopped for Gas on April 21st and the pump display requested I present my credit card inside. The cashier asked me how much, so I said preauthorization / hold of $100, and charge what I pump. Like every other gas station that requires preauthorization. Well I pumped $57of gas and they charged $100 with no adjustment. Blatant theft that fortunately the credit card company is addressing.

I don't think they have ever had the lot here plowed in snow or even spread salt it's always covered and slippery out there other than that they're always friendly and moves pretty quick but definitely need more attention on the lot and near the pumps it's dangerous!

i went in wanting to use my 4000+ points at the counter but waas told i had to use a cell phone and couldnt enter my phone number on the key pad to redeem

I’m a DoorDash driver and the man at the counter refused to give me my order. It contained alcohol and I did not have a photo ID but dashers do not need ID to pick up alcohol. He affected my ability to carry out my job and didn’t even communicate with me, he simply snatched the order from me and walked away without a word. I reported this store to DoorDash and if I continue to have this issue, I will take further action as it directly involves my livelihood. The action taken was not only rude but against policy and if you’re going to break policy you should at least be somewhat polite about it. I’m glad you’re hourly, not all of us are.
