This is a great place to get repairs done. They do excellent work in a timely manner. I will call on them again.

I had all the parts needed to repair my vehicle but one tool. It took them an hour to arrive, because, “ he was in a 15 minute backup in a Sunday.” (I’m not concerned with how long it took because it was the weekend and I understood.) I looked at my watch when he arrived and it took 15 minutes. 2 minutes to use the tool and replace the filter. 13 minutes to do nothing but educate me on different trucks.. I understand it was a Sunday but was charged $509.00. Travel time and two and a half hours labor time. If anyone has ever replaced a Fuel filter on a freightliner, the filter needs a special tool to unscrew it. I didn’t have it. I had the filter and starter fluid. I assure you that the look you gave be right before you left, you knew that you charged an outrageous amount because I wasn’t from here and you knew I had to pay. Regardless of people’s experience with this company, I assure you that he knows what he did was wrong and there is absolutely no justifying it with a response. I asked you how much it was going to be an you said “I don’t know. I don’t put the bill together. I send the Bill to another company and they put it together and send it through text. So please don’t respond with “ we explain the rates prior!” I'm normally a pretty easy going person and enjoy meeting people. I knew I was going to have to pay around $250 for a Sunday, but you completely took advantage of me. I learned a long time ago that you might make a large amount a few times doing that but in the long run, you make less because your untrustworthy! But hey, most people out there including this guy, “ it didn’t happen to you, so quit crying right?” Edit: I knew you would come back with that response because I seen your respond on the other 1 star. I get that you’re trying to defend your business but lying is not the best route to take! To thine own self be true! You’ll understand that one day!

Holiday rate was a bit expensive, but understandable. They ran right out to the truck 45 miles away and had us fixed within 2 hours. Great guys would recommend to anyone for regular maintenance or emergency roadside
