Fantastic experience with Craters & Freighters. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team to crate and ship their goods. They created a super sturdy, custom crate lined with foam for our tradeshow booth elements. Every single piece (including several strings of LED lightbulbs) arrived in perfect condition. We will reuse them again and again - you should, too!

The person answering the phone was pleasant. She came back after checking and told me that they are not a good fit for what I need. I asked if they could wrap my boat for towing and she said no they don't do that. I am in the military transferring and needed this done. In their gallery I see smaller boats than mine being wrapped. This is a poor service. If you don't do something take the %^&& pictures off your gallery

I purchased a Coke cooler, that was made into a chair. Craters and Freighters picked up the item from the auction house, wrapped it in foam, added rigid styrofoam on all sides, put it in a custom box that was mounted to a custom wood crate, and shipped the item over 2,000 miles to my house. The chair arrived in perfect condition and I will definitely use Craters and Freighters again!

The attention to detail was impressive. Every item was protected and professionally packed. I was very happy with Craters and Freighters. I have lived in several other countries so have used many movers. These were the best by far!

Had a great experience with Craters and Freighters. Sandi was awesome in coordinating local pickup from the seller, providing pictures along the way for the item and the final packaging. Transport and delivery went as planned, great communication along the way. Item was delivered in perfect condition, and in a short interval. all good!

Had a tricky shipping project involving pick-up, custom crating and freighting. Craters & Freighters went to the pick-up site to inspect the goods and provided a quote with several reasonable options for how to handle the project. I selected the option that worked best for me and hired Craters & Freighters for the project. They did a great job! Coordinated pick-up of the goods, did the pick-up, packaged the goods and shipped them to me. They did an excellent job of updating me at each stage of the process, including providing a tracking number when they released the crate to the carrier. I received the goods on time and in excellent condition. Great packing job! I will definitely use Craters & Freighters for future shipments.
