Need help preparing pkg for return. Received damaged and I cannot prepare heavy boxes for return. Called but no one will authorize anyone to come in and retake boxes for me return to be done. Can’t reorder dinning room set till this is returned. Co. Keeps giving me a run around. Need help. In my 80’s and can’t do what they expect of me.

Don't bother ordering any packages because the drivers will mark your packages as "delivered" yet won't actually deliver anything. They also refuse to listen to deliver instructions...because the two options (for me) for package deliver locations are either my front door or the main office....so I honestly have no idea what "Secure Location" means!!

When a person is hired by Amazon as a driver, you would think Amazon would want their driver to act professionally. On Saturday, 1/18/2020 noon'ish, a driver past 3 residents at their mailboxes what they all regarded as "flying." When the driver was leaving our neighborhood, I attempted to stop them to explain that our roads are private and for the safety of our children and pets we expect drivers to do the posted speed limit. However, the driver simply rolled her window down enough to extend her hand and shoot me the bird. Amazon should tell all of their drivers to ONLY do the post speed limit in each and every neighborhood for the safety of their customers' children and pets. After all, they are supposed to be professional drivers!!!

I applied online with them and I spent about a good 2 hours for the application and at the end it said they don’t have any position available but they have a job listing on their website and on Indeed. I tried to call them and no one would answer the phone it went to voice mail. I went to the location and the security guard told me they don’t have an HR and just told me to apply again.
