I live in the city of North Miami . The delivery driver I have is either careless or does not bother to read the delivery instructions . For the last 5 deliveries 4 times my packages have gone to the wrong address and gotten lost. The fifth time the package was delivered to the wrong address and maintenance found the package. So far I have not gotten any help from customer service I have called at least 6 times because of this issue I am still waiting !

Amazon is canceling order by losing control of shipments happening twice in on week Tim recently. The feeling it is going down regarding reliability. Hope they are not following Blue Origin path

I can't believe how bad Amazon has gotten lately. I ordered a Fire TV Stick from Amazon. They chose to have USPS deliver it, which the chose not to deliver. Now Amazon wants me to go to the Post Office to pick up a "delivered" item. Why did I pay for shipping, when I could have purchased the item at a store closer to me than the Post Office and had it the very day I ordered it. This has happened to the last three items I had purchased. All I can say is Buy Local. Don't waste your money on a Prime membership.
