Not bad at all! I had a 00:01 appointment, and arrived at 11:50pm. Got a door right away. Empty with paperwork in hand at 2:01am. People were overall nice, and there is overnight parking on the streets nearby.

Not sure how it's gona go will show up earlier. Have an 11pm appointment. Delivery for first time will let u know how it goes probably arrive around 8-830 once traffic dies down. Will add stars later if goes well. Stay positive motha truckerz!

This place has planty space to let you stay, to get the right temperature for them to load you but not only that takes for ever to get loaded unfortunately I booked the load and I didn't ask who was the shhiper now I regret that I took the load try to stay away from this shipper.

Arrived at the shipper 1hr before my appointment(7:00pm) and they don’t start loading and now is 9:30pm. Be prepared for your 10hrs brake at this location. They don’t care about drivers and the HOS😡😡😡. Never come back here

They are fast and efficient. Plenty of space for getting in the dock/doors, and can come two hours before appt. There is a driver restroom, and its typically clean.

Place is easy to find and maneuver in. Be precooled when you arrive (don't arrive more than 2 hours before your appointment). Slide tandems at the gate when you check in, but don't worry because it's all easy backing. Don't open your doors because they open them inside the dock. There was a restroom inside to use and vending machines. No overnight parking, but a lot of trucks park along the sides of the roads nearby.

Very nice people but SOOOOOO SLOW! Appt was at 1000 and it's 1330 and they still haven't opened the doors.
There is no overnight on site and you can only show up 2 hours early however you can park on the street across the way.
Takes 1 hour for the guard shack to check in only 4 trucks so make sure to keep that in mind.
Backing is easy.
The docks are the ones where they open your doors from the inside so don't break your seal.
You dolly down and pull out from under the trailer when you dock. You are given a door right away at the guard shack but you have to dock then run into the receiving office to turn your bills in.
Overall another wonderful experience at Americold!!!
