Horrible broker to work with booked a load for my driver to deliver next day to Atlanta,GA driver killed himself driving all night to make it on time for his delivery at 9am and unfortunately the facility didn’t want the load spoke to broker about it and NO ANSWER FROM THE BROKER ALL DAY ABOUT THIS MATTER! It’s unacceptable and very unfair for the driver! Using your trailers as storage and not even communicating! Would definitely reconsider getting loads with Armstrong again! Tried corporate and nobody can’t even help either ! It’s all a game!!

If it could pe possible to give zero stars ,I would !!! AVOD THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE . UNHELPFUL BROKERS LUIS GUERRERO AND RODRIGO MARROQUIN JUST DO NOT CARE THAT OUR TRUCK IS THE 2ND DAY AT THE DELIVERY BECASUE OF THEM . LAST TIME WE DID BUSSINESS WITH ARMSTRONG

From the Broker, Luis Guerrero, to accounting assistance, we had a great experience with Armstrong, Luis was very much in touch with us due to issues with tracking and was very understanding. The rate was fair, no issues with the load itself. We did have a problem getting our invoice out to them for payment due to email issues, however, Dominique, in accounting department assisted us every step of the way, was diligent and kept us posted as issue was fixed. We received an email explaining what the issue was and IT was able to resolve it. Our invoice and paperwork was uploaded and will be paid by due date. It was an all-around great experience and we, at LoadSearch Enterprises, look forward to working with Armstrong Transport Group again.

Carriers STAY AWAY....... from this company. They have no respect for drivers or safety procedures. They will deducted money from your rate. We got a load from them, and the shipper wanted to unsafely overload the truck. We explained to the shipper that we wouldn't load anything that we couldn't secure.The SHIPPER AGREES.... .....AFTER WE DELIVERED the load, we got an email from Armstrong saying that they will take 400 dollars from our money, so they could keep their shipper happy. They are not only allowing the shipper to intimidate the drivers to overload the trucks, they are also reward them for doing that. Their claim department is a joke (Caroline). She just will agree to the deduction without any question. We send them pictures of the fully loaded truck, and explained to her how the broker waited till the load was delivered to do this. I am glad I send a 22 years of Experience driver to this pickup, so he knew how to follow safety procedures. Otherwise, this could ended in an accident on the road. And of curse, never working with Armstrong again.

It's Real💪 Armstrong! Missed communication with my Boss. I booked my own load and canceled in less than five minutes with this company. Unfortunately the person (John) I spoke to really rude, cussing over and over no matter how polite I am and pleasing him. And at the end still..... so much threatening coming from John... Quote " I Will blacklist you and your partners to all our 50's company groups that we work with... and I will deduct $500 from previous load... " I know I made a mistake, but Why so much Hate coming out on this person. I had so much bad experience from the brokers, shippers and receivers, but I don't melt down like that. Sir, I apologize for any inconvenience hopefully You feel better now, I don't want you to get a heart attack. And Please Everyone 🐝 Patient & 🐝Happy We Have Only One Life Enjoy While It Last....

We have situations ,issue with loading freight on truck. It’s been resolved driver is at the shipper Hopefully pick up will go smoothly so driver can go back on the road. There is a good guys in Armstrong that always trying to help as a professional as much is possible. Will update stars after delivery completed ! Thank you !

Threatening a carrier with 1500$ in claims and the loads not delivered yet? Well that's a great way to do business, I gather when you moved offices your customer service and obligation to your carriers has not improved!!! Pretty good way to get yourself reported to the BBB and lose a customer.... I hope this company can make the right decision for all parties involved.
