One of their drivers frequently used the middle lane to pass where it is restricted and there were no roadside emergencies to justify this morning on the 401. Tried calling their safety line but the mailbox was full (which appears from other reviews to be an ongoing issue). Unacceptable driver behaviour and a disappointing care for public safety from corporate.

Company driver driving unsafe. Tried to file a complaint and the voicemail for who to contact for driver complaints is full, clearly they do not care about road safety with their drivers. Beware of company trucks on the road. They are unsafe.

I got passed heading south on hwy 11 in Northern Ontario, the driver pulled out to pass which you can clearly see a hill ahead and did not back down, we approached the hill , I had to back down as to not cause an accident and good thing I did because there was another truck heading north which would have been fatal. Very unprofessional.

Management literally watches monitors of employees from home, questioning even bathroom breaks. Planners have budgets to bribe drivers to get them to do work. Literally, they have to give money away to get drivers to do work. Everything is JIT and the drivers do not have a lick of common sense. Maintenance department is very lackluster, and basically only checks things on the web. While I was there, they had multiple credit requests denied by shops that had not been paid before. The former manager is gone, so possibly things have improved, but overall, a terrible company to work for. I had my roomate (childhood friend) DIE on me while I was at work (medical condition) and when I called in to report this, they asked if I was going to be late. This is just one example of the insensitivity they display. You just found someone dead in your house, and after the police have been through the home, taking statements, and take until 5am, they wonder if you will be LATE. Zero common sense or sympathy. Avoid.
