Very unprofessional. You have a driver that constantly harasses people and he yells at people on the road and gives them the bird. He has even tried to run people off the road. He plays on his phone while driving and he records tik toks and videos for Snapchat while driving. He also goes over his drive time. This does not look good on your guys especially if DOT finds out.

I have worked with Bakkedahl Trucking for over five years. This is a family owned trucking business, providing diversified services nationwide and locally, based out of Hayfield and Albert Lea, Minnesota. We provide specialized open deck transportation including flat,step deck, and RGN.as well as tanker , reefer,and Van's. As to a recent review I might add this.We are fully insured, DOT compliant, (including ELD logging) as well as exceptionally well maintained equipment. And to the comments about communication , I have never had a problem receiving support 24/7.from the Bakkedahl family.and many times the boss is on the road with us, as he works as hard as we do. And as to the comment about running over hours or running defective equipment... I can say in the 5 plus years I've been there I've never been asked or expected to do ANYTHING Illegal or unsafe. I have over 35 years trucking experience, and plan on working here until I retire.and I dont appreciate some snot nosed kid with 2 months experience bad mouthing and lying about the hard working professionals I work with. If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen kid.

Worked for this company as a driver and equipment was poorly kept up and when issues with truck needed to be fixed they would only get it fixed to be able to drive again and not legally. And they do not have someone on call at all hours for issues so if you need a tow and they are sleeping good luck. They also try to make you drive outside of your 70 hours. Pay is not the best either. When I finally decided to leave I was yelled at and cussed out and called names for deciding to leave. Very unprofessional!!!
