My nephew had a probation violation charge based on a SCRAM device reading. He maintained he did not violate his probation terms by consuming alcohol. I referred him to Michael J. Boyle as I had known him as one of my former students and had kept in contact. Through social media, I knew Mike specialized in fighting these types of cases. He hired Mike and, through Mike's expertise in the technicalities and potential misreading of results, the case was thrown out. I firmly believe the credit is due to Michael J. I highly endorse attorney Mike Boyle. He is one of the top DUI defense attorneys in Michigan. His understanding of the law and science in DUI cases is remarkable.
