Our son got a speeding ticket (Junior Operator License). When he came home he told me that he wasn't speeding. I thought we should just pay the ticket not realizing that he would lose his license for 90 days, have to take several classes including a road rage class (ridiculous) and then wait an extended period of time before he could sit for the license exam and take the driver's test again! Turning 18 would not make all this go away. The penalties were draconian. I found Attorney Ryan Caselden on-line and we are so happy that we retained him. He knew exactly what to do. He kept us informed every step of the way. He has a wonderful demeanor and returned our phone calls instantly. I have no doubt that his skill and incredible knowledge of the DMV and the court system helped us fight the infraction. I highly recommend him.

Ryan has been nothing but professional. I know he has explained the same concepts and instructions to hundreds of clients like me, but that doesn't stop him from explaining everything I could want to know over and again.
COVID has significantly extended what would have been a short process and introduced uncertainty into the court process. Without Ryan, it would have been hard to know what my next steps were. However, Ryan continuously kept checking with the court to understand where we were at and conveying the information to me. If you are curious how covid has affected Ryan, I would say it's given him this opportunity to show how professional and dedicated he is to his clients.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review about my experience with Caselden Law. He WAS AMAZING! I had received a speeding ticket a few months ago and I decided to appeal it (which is now dismissed thanks to him)
- I had submitted an inquiry on his website and he was really quick to give me a call. I explained my situation and he explained into details about the process and goals. I highly recommend him. He's really knowledgeable, positive and really nice! He walks you through the process step by step from start to finish without any worries.
If you ever get speeding tickets etc. please contact him. Totally worth it if you want to be stress free.
