Concentra Urgent Care

From the front office to the back of the house everyone is so engaged and helpful. They're tremendously busy but definitely remember a face upon arrival. Great experience!

The wait was longer than I was hoping for but the staff were extremely busy as it is used as an urgent care and screening facility for employers. Despite the rush of people coming in, staff were friendly and helpful. I deducted one star due to waiting time, lack of seating space in lobby, and slight disorganization among the staff. When getting my services done I noticed the lady helping me didn’t have necessary items stocked in the room and had to leave multiple times to get the supplies she needed. Hopefully this review is helpful in getting them the space, time, and staff needed to run day to days operations seamlessly! I believe everyone did the best they could given the lack of resources provided to them.

When I arrived for my DOT physical and drug test I was told it would be 45 minute wait. An hour and a half later I went in to see the doctor for my physical which took 15 minutes the most. I asked him about my drug test when they going to do that and he said that you have to have an authorization from management to have that done which I did not know. Because I checked it off on the form that I filled out for my physical I needed a drug test and it was not questioned where is my authorization. I understand if I need authorization for my management but why wasn't I told when the girl in front seeing that I checked drug test. If I would have missed my address or phone number I would have been questioned on that. So after my physical I waited in the room 30 minutes and I would have been in there longer if I didn't step out into the hallway and talk to a medical assistant which she no idea about me taking a drug test. So God knows how long I would have been in that room. I was in your office two and a half hours which is unacceptable and had to be the worst experience I've ever had in a medical office.

I had an appointment for a DOT physical for work. I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork, which was a simple online questionnaire. Once I was seen the appointment went very smooth and quick. The only concern I would have is that I made an appointment right after lunch. I had a longer wait than what I expected. During the lunch break I guess there was several walk ins that pushed me back in line. Overall it was a great experience much better than other offices around town. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that keep things moving. We could not do it without you guys.

The folks at Concentra NKC have been awesome during my therapy sessions. The nurses are always friendly and helpful, and the physical therapists are very knowledgeable, respectful, and positive during my rehab. They are all very caring and understanding and the doctors are kind and have an easy way of explaining the situation, the process, and generally what to expect. I feel very lucky to have such a great group through this entire experience!
