Great experience!!! A 15 walk to the soaring eagle where we were seeing a concert!!! Room was standard by awesome!! The indoor pool felt incredible as did the hot tub!! Couldn't get Sauna to heat up but had a wonderful experience regardless!!! Great location to everything we needed!!! Great job guys!!!

It was a decent place, newly reopened and still working on remodeling. There was a weird sewage smell in the hallways often. The bathroom door mirror trim kept falling off. Had maintenance come "fix" it, they just put a few thin nails in, and because I had to shut the bathroom door hard to make it close, the trim fell off again that same day. Overall minor inconveniences, and would stay again if I found a deal online again. The price for 1 night without it is too expensive for the overall place.

The room was dusty, bathroom door was curled from water damage, bed frames jet out, injuring a knee, dust around and behind bed frame.
Breakfast, 4 slices of toast, packs of oatmeal, and cereal, no juice, no milk, 1 kind yogurt. That was it.
Needless to say it was a disappointment.
Pool poorly keeper, tiny towels, rooms overlooking pool had no curtains with maintenance people working.
Just poorly planned.
Don't recommend.

Pretty cool, the only changes I would make are, painting the outside of the building, it looks very very old and Dated. I would also change the carpet in the rooms. A Little updating and fixing things Should Bring forth a ton more revenue. when you're ready for a Hard worker and fast learner, please feel free to hire me. Their aren't any locks on the doors, The sauna doesn't work, The Hot Tub is cold, My son cut his foot wide open on the pool steps. He actually needed stitches. The food was moldy. Jasmine & the night guy took the moldy food & didn't even throw the rest of the good out. Idk I'm very disappointed... Nick deserves 10*s & more pay. They we're really nice & professional.

Came to town for a bachelorette party. Was told we were too loud in the pool area at 10pm even though the pool closed at 11. Breakfast needs some more monitoring. Bagels were moldy. Peanut butter was so hard it would not come out of the container. Gravy was very cold. Beds looked as though they were made with dirty sheets. Walls in the room had holes. Carpet was very dirty.

The hotel doesn't look like much on the outside, but was surprised when I opened the door. It was clean and actually nice on the inside. Check-in was easy. The location right off interstate and not far from University of Central Michigan. I only spent one night but would stay there again.

We will be staying here for about 2 months. I've enjoyed our stay. Everyone is friendly n always serve you with a smile. Rooms are clean n beds are comfortable n room attendants are great!! It's a bit pricey for wkly rates but all in all I've enjoyed my stay.
