Days Inn by Wyndham Andover

We stayed at this place 2 years ago and thought it was ok for the price. However our last stay a week ago was horrible. We thought this place must have changed owners since it has the frgraded so much in the last two years. It was grimy filthy and dirty and poorly maintained Look at these pictures one of is of the bathroom return vent it is full of grease and grime.and looks like oily body skin and all the door handles were full of grease and grime you think the least they could do was clean the doors with some 409 and maybe a splash of paint every now and then might cheer the place up. And oh forget about maintaining the room they came by one day and left one towel on the bed. There are also very unsavory characters lurking about at night on the property not very safe.

It's a typical motel, except the beds are nicer than any super 8 or motel 6 I've been too thus far on my massive road trip. Need a night to stay, this place has doors and beds.

This place needs a lot of work! Weatherstripping around the exterior door is torn and allows light, air, and noise in all night. Not nearly enough electric outlets for today's traveler. Toilet was not cleaned. Toilet tank leaked and therefore refilled frequently. Bathtub was molding. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bathroom sink doesn't drain well. Bedsheets were stained. Lights were not even plugged into the few outlets, so had to plug them in. Enough?! Not done yet, but I'll stop.

Our room was spacious and nice. My only complaint is that the the top cover on the bed was as thin as the sheet that was under it. There was a good heater, but I prefer to have something with at least a little weight to it.

I had six rooms here for a high school tournament. Staff members were extremely nice, patient, and professional. Rooms were not fancy but were clean and warm on a snowy, icy night. No one complained (and we know how teenagers can be, right?) and everyone was happy! Right next to Braum's, so easy to walk to dinner. I slept like a baby (able to run the fan on the heater constantly) and linens were comfortable. Our tournament was in Wichita, and we saved a ton of money by staying here instead of in the city proper.

I wish I could give negative stars. The issue wasnt the rooms. The rooms were excellent, and clean, and the house keepers were friendly and cooperative. The issue I had was couple down at the front desk. They were the absolute definition of incompetent. They do not know how to manage a hotel. They are on the phone with customer support constantly instead of using common sense and finding the solution. Every time I went to go pay, it wasnt a 5-10 minute process. I was in there for 30+ minutes. They do not use a normal payment system either. If you stay longer than a week here's how it works. You authorize a payment for the last day of the stay. If you continue to stay longer, when you go to pay again you make the payment for the previous week as well as authorizing the next week. So this means you're freezing 2 weeks at a time instead of taking a simple approach of taking the money at the beginning of the stay. So, I say this again do not stay there. They do not know what they are doing, nor are they qualified to run that hotel.

Comfortable and clean. They are pet friendly. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend if you’re traveling far and need a good nights rest without breaking the bank

Great clean place to stay, clean room, good beds, they have washer an dryer but we didn't use them. Everything inside an out very clean. Breakfast was good. Too. We would stay again.

this was an actually good motel compared to the other ones. the room was pretty big and there were extra blankets in the shelves. the breakfast area was so neat and had a lot of space. i would totally come here again!

I stayed here for about three weeks. The motel was bought by new owners and they were super friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotels pool just opened when we got here and was clean and soothing. Enjoyed my stay here and will be stay here again next time I'm in town. 😁
