I called ahead for a reservation and I got a room on the freeway side of the building. Every other guest I saw had a woods side of the building room. So I heard semi's all night. The room was clean and they give new towels everyday but forget about getting them to change the sheets everyday or even giving you a new soap.
Also the breakfast is a joke. Don't even bother. Unless you want toast or stale cereal. Do yourself a favor and go to a restaurant. All of which are two or three exits up from the hotel.

The first that was not pleasant was a roach welcoming me on the bed.The carpet was not clean and smelled disgusting .The sheets and covers had not been cleaned.It was set to 90 when I walked in.I had ask the people up front for extra cover for pull out couch and they said they didn’t give extra.We woke up to no breakfast.Machines broken and no food.Not a pleasant stay.I don’t recommend.If it wasn’t so late and other conditions I would have not stayed.

Due to construction it was a bit hard to get in and out of, not the hotels fault. Checking was uneventful. Asked the front office staff for family dining recommendations but all she said was she had none, did not live or eat here. She should still have an idea of the area I feel, she dies work here. She was not overly friendly. But may have been due to her lack of knowing the English language very well. Surely NOT a Texan. The room was very large and appeared clean. The total paper was mounted so far from the toilet I had to take it down and set it on the side of the tub, and I am a tall person with long arms. The TV was extremely small. Bed not very comfortable and the pillows smelled. Overall I was pleased with the place and felt comfortable, except for the bed. The pool was in total disrepair and could not be used. I would recommend but I would also stay elsewhere as I noted there are so many other places to stay there closer to eating and everything else. Thus place is on the outskirts of town. Overall pleased with cleanliness.

Price and room was great! Friendly staff! Stayed here by chance on our way through Texas and booked a room for our trip back here due to our experience (plus didn't have much luck 30 minutes to an hour farther on trip through trying to find a place to stay sure to needing sleep).

We have just recently been checked in, bit had to take the time to write this review. Johnny at the front desk is awesome! He was very inviting from the beginning and eager to help with me locating my Wyndham rewards info to ensure a credit for our stay. He even provided me with the number for future stays which is above and beyond. This is our 5th Wynham hotel on our current trip and he is the first to do this for us. It is this type of awareness and initiative that so many others lack. The room is spacious for the price.

Booked a week long stay at this place and it was nothing short of fantastic. The staff was very accommodating and everything was hassle free. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s visiting the surrounding area. Would go back without hesitation.

Bring your own earplugs. The first (and last) thing you'll notice about this location is its proximity to the interstate. It will be the last thing you hear when you go to bed and the first thing you hear when you wake up. However, unless you want a hotel with less convenience, it's just the nature of the game. Overall, my hotel experience was pleasant and I would stay here again. The room was clean and nicely presented. We had a coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge as well as two TVs and a couch in its own sitting area. The bathroom door latch did not close all the way so there was no way to secure the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure.

Thank you so much for a great experience! My room was super clean and quiet! The front desk staff was courteous and professional. Special thanks to Linda at the front desk for useful local information about things to do and see in Sulphur Springs, not to mention her Texas charm :) The housekeeping staff is awesome and helpful should you need anything. Thank you again for a great stay, I would recommend this hotel for the casual traveler or if you need an extended stay. Keep up the good work!
