Been 3 days now and still have not heard anything from this place. Just be honest and say you won't be able to check it till a month later. so I can find another place to take it to. Let's see what owners excuse will be this time.

The phone service is terrible. Typically waits 20 to 30 min to someone picking the phone. Even at 7 am, spend 15 min and no one has pick up the phone yet. After 20 min someone pick up the phone tells me to wait, I wait for 5 more minutes. Someone pick up the phone and cut the call. I really hope the customer service for purchase over phone improves. Customers deserve that, without customers there will be no dealership.

Wait time is too excessive. Employees doesn't take customer service too seriously. They have no problem with making the customer wait. But they will give good service once you get waited on

I was charged almost $1.000,00 to get a $9.58 fuse changed.I don’t know why I keep going to this place. I’ve only had bad experiences there. Had to come back multiple times to fix a leak because they forgot to tighten it up a hose. Was given wrong parts even when I gave them the part number and now charged $989,36 to get a fuse changed. And when you go there to say something they are rude and you can’t do anything just pay and leave. I will start going to other cities to get my trucks fixed just to not have to deal with this ppl every time a problem I’m just tired of this.

Special thanks to Patric and Carlos they handle my problems real professional they help me out a lot I recommend these people to anybody any type of truck they get along easy and they will go that extra mile to help anybody out appreciate all the employees too any employee that works here you’re standing around and they will ask you if you need any help and they are a special group of people also appreciate you guys thank you very much for all your help.

Good afternoon. My name is George and I bought a 2015 freightliner from Doggett Freightliner about a little over two weeks ago and I met good people at there location. My salesmen was Jeff and this Gentlemen was on point with helping me get the best truck i could get to help me with my trucking business. I had a problem with the truck and the team a Doggett with one phone call got on it and got my truck fixed and back on the road with out me having to do anything but give them a call this is the kind of team and service you are looking for, if you are in the market in getting a used truck to start or build your business. I would back them and promote this organization any time I'm asked if I know a good place to get a tractor. These guys are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ team and they have earned it with me.

Every time I bring my coach here J.D. and Ron take exceptionally great care of me. I feel much safer and confident driving my coach after they have taken care of it.
