Today I came here and I am a truck driver, I buy all of my fuel at the pilot and flying J travel centers, And always have a pleasant experience. However today I certainly sensed hostilities among a heavy set Blonde hair 👱‍♀️girl , she was being rude and speaking rude comment about me to the other girl. She was nice but I'm not stupid she's only been nice because she has to be nice .

Worst Flying J, that I have ever been to. I used the app to reserve a shower. I went to my shower and it was in the process of being cleaned. I was ok with it, until they grabbed the person cleaning it. It was obvious that I was waiting for it to be done. Well my time ran out and I asked for a new code. I was pretty much ignored. I was told that they will have someone there. No code was given and now 7 people waiting. So I would have to wait until it was my turn. Otherwise the people behind me would have to go through the same thing. I'll just go to Love's from now on or a TA, at least they are better staffed and give a damn. I would give no stars if it would let me.

Arrived Friday afternoon. Mens room by the Denny's both towel dispensers by the sinks empty & the trash can by the door overflowing all over the floor. Saturday morning, I get a "jumbo" burrito from the store. I've gotten these all over the country. This one cannot be called jumbo. It wasn't even large. But it was still $4.99.

Seems like they constantly close. "System is down" means they have to completely close the store instead of opening bathrooms and showers to truck drivers. I know the shower system is still working. Never coming back.

I wish to highly commend your employees! They had a rough time!Specifically when both water heaters went out recently and there was no hot water for the showers. Your employees seemed to be calm & lighthearted, willing to explain and reassure people who were waiting for showers, and quick to call for service to work on the heaters. It is very refreshing to see great customer service...especially when it's needed the most! THANK YOU!
