The driver of truck 155191 was traveling I 75 N doing about 70 in a 55 in the slow lane of rush hour traffic this morning. A car tried to switch lanes and he blew his horn because HE was going too fast and almost hit the car switching lanes. Then the truck driver was cutting cars off switching lanes from the right lane to the middle lane. Then started forcing himself into the left lane pushing myself and 2 other cars into the emergency lane so he could get over. At this point we were going down the cut in the hill on 75 N and he was blowing his horn at me and waving his hands bc I wasn't going fast enough. Again all of this in slow moving rush hour traffic. This should not be tolerated. He was endangering every car around him.
