Biggest scam on the planet. Checked everyday for 14 days for tolls and they never showed up online. Then got a bill in the mail with more fees then what my actual tolls were. No way of fighting it or fixing it.

Stopped to get an I pass, a very pleasant women helped us. Couldn't be more satisfied as she answered all of our questions.

I can’t make this up. Here I am trying to be a I-pass customer going out my way to get the pass. I went to Edit to close out my rental car that I had listed 07/02/23 until todays date. Why when it went to the next screen to edit the dates somehow the State changed from FL to GA. Mind you it’s not way to manual edit your car once listed outside of the date. I’m EXTREMELY MAD. at the fact I sat on the phone with the “Lighthouse people” just for them to waste my time and give me false hope. Telling me you can only help me by dating the car to 7/24 when I had the car since 7/02. Telling me to worry about the toll way bill when the rental people give it to me in INSANE. I go thru 7 tolls 6 days a week. Before the GLITCH on THE IPASS SITE I had $22.00 in unpaid tolls. I literally can just scream right now because each toll $20 bucks. I feel that I’ve been scammed as a customer.

WOW! What an embarrassment. Terrible road, terrible traffic regardless of travel time, minimal warnings you're actually approaching a toll and basically impossible to avoid for those traveling through. Website is also embarrassing, is it too much to ask for a "Pay Pending Tolls" button on the home screen, why bury it on sub pages/menus! Took forever to post my toll so long I was worried about additional fees! Takes you 2 seconds to take my money but 2 weeks to post a toll, are you manually going thru the video and entering plates!

If the employee’s focused a little bit harder on dealing with the customers instead of chatting it up with the Allied Universal Security Officer people could get in and out.

I commute I-294 daily to work and taking my daughter to and from school. A couple months ago I bought an electric vehicle. I was surprised when I got an email notifying me of several missed tolls. However, my pay by plate covered the charges since my transponder didn’t. I figured it was my old transponder so I switched to my husbands account and used one of his transponder thinking it would remedy the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t. Apparently the windshield transponders don’t work in electric vehicles. After talking with the tollway customer service they informed me I needed to go in and get a transponder that mounts to the front license plate. I went in and swapped them out. Despite the swap, I later got a bill in the mail for almost $200 in missed tolls including fees. I was informed I needed to go back in to have them cross reference the dates of the tolls and have the fees removed. The missed tolls all happened when I had my original windshield transponder. I go in and explain the situation to the customer service woman. Her name is Patrice. She was so helpful! She was very patient and understanding, and even explained my situation to her coworker so she would know how to resolve the issue for others. Patrice is an asset to them and she deserves a promotion. I went in thinking I’d have an uphill battle to remove the fees even though it was no fault of my own, but she made my visit an absolute breeze!

What a SCAM! They claim to allow up to two weeks from the date of your toll, to pay online at no additional charge. In checking their website everyday the first two weeks, nothing ever showed up. Continued checking their website weekly since and still nothing. I end up receiving an invoice 3 months later, which included service fees that were more than the actual tolls. This is an absolutely disgusting and unethical practice!

Excellent service to resolve an issue with the PAY by Plate toll way system.

Good truck parking, clean facilities, food options. Love the bridge between the two sides.

What fraudulent service. If you don't have cash, they tell you that you'll recieve a letter in the mail to pay your tolls online. They leave it that each toll is a 20 dollar fine. And if you don't pay the hundreds of dollars in fines you'll lose your license. What a scam they are running
