My car got stuck on a dirt road in the middle of the forest. It took some real off-roading skills to get to my car. The owner (Jack) and his employee (Matt) really saved the day! I can’t say how much I appreciate them coming to bail me out this evening. They are personable, efficient, skilled and professional. Called and spoke with katie she was very professional. We had one of our Cat heavy pieces of equipment sink in neptune twp we called the police and they recommended IMRT Towing as they had all kinds of specialty heavy equipment. Jack. From the company showed up with two big military style trucks and removed our machine much faster and cheaper then I would have ever thought possible. Thanks for your help and fast response. Was connected with Jack from IMRT through my Motorhome roadside assistance plan. It was 9pm and was preparing for a trip departure the next morning from my home driveway. The leveling jacks on my coach would not retract which makes the coach not driveable. Jack called promptly, listened to my issue, Asked me to text him a few photographs of some key items so he could do some research on the leveling system in my coach. He called me back within 30 minutes After he took the Initiative to call the manufacturer of my leveling system, and told me he was going walk me through several procedures that the manufacturer had suggested he try before even attempting an on-site service response. Cut to the chase After following all of his instructions and Jack had me operational and drivable with my leveling jacks fully retracted. Just for good measure he had me re-deploy the jacks and retract them again to make sure that I would have no reoccurrence during my trip. I offered to give Jack a credit card over the phone for his time which he politely refused, so I felt it was only right to leave an honest, praiseworthy review as we live in a climate where people are quick to denigrate and vilify but rarely take the time to pay high compliments when they are deservedly earned for excellent service. I now know that I have a reliable, professional, and expertly qualified mobile RV technician and towing service available to me 24/7 should I ever need the services of IMRT again.
