Very prompt and nice. Driver super friendly. He made the whole transaction easy. I wish I had gotten his name. The dispatcher was very helpful and worked with us. Having to have your car towed is never a happy moment. But they did not make it worse.

Aftet my car got drop off at the mechanic. I received 3 phone call with in 10 minutes to pay the invoice. Trying to explain to the mechanic the problem so I can get back to work.. I will never use the company ever again

I had an unusual request because my car fell off the jack while I changed my tire, and because of the way it came down, I no longer felt safe jacking it back up on my own. Just needed it lifted so we could swap the tire. If you're calling a tow, you're probably not having a great day, and the driver seemed aware of this, and was friendly, professional and quick. He took care of my issue without making me feel stupid (even though I had done something stupid). Price for this service seemed about right for what was done. Hopefully I don't need them again, but I would call them if I do. When you look at these google reviews, be mindful that almost all of these reviewers were having a horrible day when they called this company. It's honestly kind of insane that they apparently provide such consistently fantastic service, and it's clear that they only employ good people.

Had an amazing experience with a driver named Patrick! After being stranded from 7pm to 4am because no other tow truck service would show up Patrick showed up within 20 minutes of calling Santa Fe Tow service. Took my car to a dealer for a quick repair. I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!!!

I was lucky to break down close to my home dealership and they came to rescue me. The tow truck driver was prompt, professional and effective at communicating what was expected from me. Got the truck, the cat and me safely off the road and to the dealership. They are so worth it!! And we are so grateful!!

Great customer service, and super responsive. They told us it would be close to an hour before someone would be out to help us get off the highway. The driver showed up within 15 minutes and got us home for half what other companies were quoting. Highly recommend.

Santa Fe Towing was AMAZING! The tow driver arrived on the scene quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately got out and was so good about saying something that helped me feel reassured about the situation. He took very good care of me, made sure that we were able to pull into a safe place where I could wait for my ride to get me. He was very personable, and he made sure to help as much as possible with the report. I felt so safe and I knew my car was in good hands. If you want a good tow service, USE THEM! The dispatch and the call staff were smart, they knew their stuff, and they were very professional. They will take care of you!

Santa Fe Tow Service was incredible! We broke down on the side of 435, and they arrived with not one but two tow trucks within fifteen minutes of ending the call. They placed one tow truck behind us so we could exit the vehicle safely. Caleb drove the tow that stopped behind us and he was very kind and professional, jumping the car so they could drive it onto the second truck. Brian - who towed the car and who we rode with - was exceptionally nice and expedient. He offered good advice on what to do with the car to fix it (which was much appreciated on our part). Terry, their dispatcher was incredible! Polite, fun and calming to talk with, and she called back to give us specific instructions on what to expect when the trucks arrived. Excellent service, good people, and I would definitely use and recommend this tow company again.

We have used Santa Fe Tow twice in the last couple of months and the customer service is unbelievable!! We had originally called a local tow company who came and declined the job... we called Santa Fe who took the challenge and went way above and beyond!! These guys are fantastic and I hope this post brings them some business. They are great and I am VERY grateful for their help! Kudos and 5 Stars!!! A+++

Brew Haha Coffeehouse for SANTA FE TOW SERVICE INC
I had to spend 3 weeks converting a shaved ice trailer into a mobile coffee trailer. After having it out for one day the wheel bearing seized and came off as I was driving up and on ramp. I called Santa Fe to come pick up my trailer and the driver informed me that he may do more damage getting it on the trailer than I had already done. I was fully aware of this as the trailer did not have a wheel on one side. He let me head on home and about an hour to an hour and a half later showed up and drop the trailer off in the driveway behind my house. There was absolutely no more damage done to the trailer than I had already done when the wheel fell off. They were absolutely amazing and saved my trailer. Because of this I called them back out and even requested the same driver to haul it to the repair shop where I needed to get the entire axle replaced. Again they were able to do so with no damage to the trailer and for an unbelievably reasonable price. I would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat!

What an outstanding community partner!! Many, many thanks to the fantastic folks at Santa Fe Tow. They were gracious enough to help us relocate a donated forklift to New Hope Food Pantry in Olathe. Everyone I worked with were VERY friendly!!! Thank you Ashley, Mitch and everyone else that made it happen!!!!!
