As a company driver, i made close to a thousand every week. As a owner operator, i make quite a bit more. Still home when i want to be home. I like my current dispatcher, good guy, and the rest of the office staff is awesome and very friendly. I feel at home at Max Trans.
This is how trucking is supposed to be.

So far I’m happy with the company, office staff is very friendly the ladies go above and beyond as do others, decent consistent miles and if you are short on miles for some reason dispatch will try to find you a load that will makeup the difference if they are able to, they are accommodating if you need a day off for something.
Only thing I could think of that is a drawback is that drivers very rarely speak to one another and you really only see each other in passing, in fact I don’t even know the names of any of them except a couple I met through my company trainer, who was a good dude. But other than that I’ve yet to meet any others.

Great place to work. Most of the office personnel are very friendly. Josh has to be the best dispatcher there. Shop needs some work being a little more curtious to drivers. Pretty good pay if you don't have a lot of deductions coming out. Very nice trucks.
