We just bought our first semi from here and had a great experience. Alex Dotson did a great job walking us through the sales process and answered all our questions. Very happy with our semi so far, the price point and the lack of hassles during the sales process. We will continue bringing our business here in the future!

I wait 34 hrs to get in shop. Truck has 13500 miles on it, refrigerator has not worked since i picked up from dealer. I finaaly get in they figure out fridge line is broke. S bar for bunk heater is missing. So they need to replace both parts don't have either one. Okay i need to go to another dealer right. But they want to charge me for the time they spent on it. I even asked if they had a fridge in stock told yes. I wasn't worried about bunk heater its July. Why work on something if you don't have the parts. This all happened at 2100hrs Sunday night. I was in there for 3 hrs. Now they call me Monday about 0930hrs and tell me they do have a fridge for my truck. The night guy just couldn't find it. They will install if i come back. I asked when could they install it. They said this afternoon. Its now 1610 hrs and I call to check about getting it installed. Service department does not know what I'm talking about. This is terrible communication. No i probably won't be back.

I’ve heard good things about this shop and it did not disappoint. I arrived about midday on a Sunday to address a faulty NOx sensor. I was afraid the part was still on a national back order. They pulled my truck in the shop within an hour, replaced the sensor and I was out of there all in about 3 hours. I was impressed.

Very good service, techs great, communication good, had a DEF Quality Sensor that went bad. Took truck in same day, about 6 hrs wait but their very busy and was here less than a day for complete diag and entire job completed. Drivers lounge upstairs two sets of rest rooms, recliners, TV, No driver showers, but Flying J next door. Vending machines downstairs and two microwaves. The parking is always nearly full here, if you can bobtail here as I did your better off, if you do come here with a trailer don't go around bldg it's very tight as another driver stated. At night several trucks ovnp on street.

Leroy the Service Forman absolutely treated me the best I have ever been in any shop. Tim M the Cat master mechanic was the absolute best mechanic I have ever had work on my truck. Both explained everything to me including the possibles if one thing or another went wrong. Nothing went wrong and before I knew it the truck was done and I was ready to roll. Will definitely return another time. Thank you both again it was a pleasure working you.

Poor service, unreliable diagnostics, lack of communication, bad attitudes, non competitive rates. Extremely unhelpful with my T660.

Horrible service department twice in 2 weeks called about having a truck looked at that was throwing codes. First time in called in advance that morning was told they could look at that afternoon or early evening. Driver gets there and then they tell us it will be a day and half before they can even look at it. Second time was today called them got the same story bring it in we can get it in around 9pm after shift change. Driver gets there and now it will be tomorrow morning maybe late morning before they can even look at it. First time it happened wound up going to MHC in Omaha they got in less than an hour after we got there. I won't waste my time even trying to get something looked at here again.

Jamey Berning helped me every step of the way pick out a truck that I could afford and was right for me. I know getting a first time commercial loan can be kind of difficult but he was there every step of the way and made the experience awesome. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to get another truck.
