Place has really gone down hill they no longer have microwaves they don't provide mini refrigerators anymore and they still charge over $100 -$120 weekdays and weekends as COVID 19 pandemic began their prices seemed to increase yet there housekeeping is minimal the area is sketchy like kinda creepy and not to mention their housekeeping doesn't clean very well because upon checking in I found a emergency window breaker tool under the mattress. There seems to be a lot of traffic at this motel it doesn't feel very safe and they have poor customer service skills

Motel 6 like used to be good now but the new management they think they're Gods they are supposed to be dog friendly but they're not the maids are afraid of doggies before they let you have more than two dogs now they say only two and the other day I was picking up my kid to take him to school they said I was coming in and going in and out in and out I was picking up my kid to go to school because I'm in the nursing home

Generally enjoy motel 6. No frills hotel experience. Normally affordable in the regions.
Id give it 4 stars if it just had a microwave and refrigerator. Room is clean and staff seems nice at most locations and this one supplied the same experiences ive come to expect from m6.

I've been coming here for over 10 years and it USED TO be a nightmare... The new manager (Kurt) has done a lot to turn it around and legitimately goes out of his way to help people.
It's actually the nicest motel6 in the Riverside area and ALWAYS the lowest prices around.

Their beds are old and broken down. The heating cooling system does not work in the rooms I have tried 3 different rooms and the beds are horrible it's like they have never changed them out as long as they've been in existence the rooms are clean and the plumbing is horrible and when you called or complain everybody seems not to have any answers for you. I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this to anyone my shower didn't work when I was warming the water when I went to see if the water was warm it has flooded all the way into the room. They did not offer to clean it up. I asked him if they could send a maintenance guy and she said that he already went home I asked her if they had an emergency person and they said no they didn't.

Very helpful staff, but the mattress was worn out, the sheets were threadbare and the bedspread was stained. Lots of noise all night in the parking lot, but I suppose this is to be expected as the neighborhood is marginal.
I stayed here again a two years later. Finally figured it out, they are housing homeless people here under some subsidized program. Also, I ended up with a lot of insect bites over my entire upper body. Won’t be returning.

The place is what it is for the price. I travel a lot and the staff makes it a great experience. The night I stayed; as I was checking-in, there was a guy and a lady yelling back and forth at each, we all just ignored them and Victoria, who was at the front desk, stayed calm and collective. She took care of the guest before me and then myself. She was great. In addition, I forgot my card and she called to inform me and even offered to bring my card to my room. We met half-way and offered me extra pillows and blankets. Definently will back again because of her. Beautiful person.

Water pressure was very low. Fan in bathroom was not working, didnt have one. And no refrigerator. But other than that I slept very well and got my rest. Thank you Motel 6.
