She followed me while I had my baby because we walked across her blind spot as she came backing from the shop in which she was at a distance from me she laid on the horn a long period of time took her bob tail and folded very closely to me instead of being on the driving area… African American she had alot of piercings truck 20448

An absolute joke. If you're an experienced driver, this place is not for you. Operations are handled very poorly. You're "fleet manager" is a powerless employee that relays information from the "planners" to the driver. Drop and hook customer doesn't have an empty? Let's wait an hour for the "planner" to tell the "fleet manager" where to send you to get any empty. Never expect an answer to a question over the Qualcomm, they act like they dont exist. You constantly have to call to get anything done. The entire company blows. I spent 3 months there and had to get out. Trucks are slow, 62 on the peddle, 66 on cruise. They don't provide a refrigerator for their trucks, they give you a mattress protector for the used mattress that they leave in the trucks. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK FOR THEM!!!!

Just getting done with the orientation process here at ptl so far it's good. No complaints here everything they said they would do they have done. I'm reserving my last star for road experience so see you guys back in a few weeks.

This company is very much a joke start you off good them starve you on mileage. They have snitches inside the company as drivers cause they jealous of someone else. Force dispatch even though they say no force dispatch.

Get Money for PASCHALL TRUCK LINES INC
The company needs to improve their recruiters on how they represent the company and the details of the role. Also, the drug screen process was horrible; the nurse did not know the process of doing a drug screen, she scalped a woman's head in the process causing a red rash in the back of her head 😳. Someone please help this company improve leadership is strongly misguided here. Truckers be aware that they charge a 1.25 cpm if you go off route even in an emergency. There is a lot more, but I can't recall right now. I will update when I recall the experience. The pictures are the PTL Lodge, good luck breathing.

Form the very start of the application process, I have been impressed with the company. My recruiter, Dan, was very professional and maintained contact with me right up until I arrived at the Lodge. Orientation was very well organized and thorough. I was assigned a driver trainer right away. My trainer, James Coleman, was very knowledgeable and helpful for the entire time I was with him on his truck. It was nice to be on a truck without any maintence issues. The trailers were all in great shape and I was able to get my 2500 miles in about 4-5 days. Now I'm waiting to upgrade .because of weather

I left PTL after working here for almost 5yrs. Came back after 3wks. Because this is a wonderful place to work. The people are great. They do everything they can to make a driver happy. It took leaving to realize I was all ready with a great company!!!!

Of the three terminals, PTL has, i like this one the most. They have a driver's lounge, theater room, pool table, fitness room, full basketball court, dog kennel, truck wash, laundry room, shower in each bathroom, and a courtesy car to go to Walmart, or get food in Murray. It's nice, when you have to go to the terminal.

Wicked company, I can’t wait until you go bankrupt . How do you guys promise to have employees backs after completing a full year but fire them on that year mark even though I rarely seen my family and was always on the road. God doesn’t like ugly remember that.
