I had a Service with the shop, They don`t leave notes and they do not pay attention to the details. I had got an issue, They said that they would firstly have to come out to see the issue on my truck which is 40 miles away, and it was just a hose blown out from antifreeze, and it was being overcharged due to the twice of coming. Shanon especially doesn`t listen to the people and she doesn`t care the customer`s needs. So that I told them to wait until i call and don`t come as far as they don`t bring parts in the first time coming. But they came without parts to my truck and asked to get paid for coming out for nothing because of their own fault. i would not recommend this location, I would ask the TOP MANAGEMENT to put everything in order and and put precautions in order not to cause some customers to suffer from their negligence. Everything at store and restaurants is good except for night shift behind counter guy at shop. If you are a different race other than white, go somewhere else when he's around because he will be rude and try to talk down to you. I wonder how many potential customers this night shift has lost because of this clown. Day shift employees are great at this shop though.

If I would have been thinking about it prior I would have taken a picture from the other side to show truly how many semis are actually in the road blocking any access for any of the locals and it's like this all the time even last week there was a cop over there shoo-ing them away to try to keep a lane open, seems it's now up to Petro to figure out something better for these guys so they stopped blocking the road🤷 we are all hoping Petro will step up and correct this issue

Just started working here in the ship. So far manager David has been very helpful. Tech Kenny and doc on second shift have so very helpful and patient with me. It's a little different going from driving these trucks for tens years to working on them. Wish that there was a tool program to help out new employees. But other that I have absolutely no complaints.

Clean restrooms, showers available. Wide variety of snacks and drinks. Iron Skillet restaurant located inside and a Dunkin Donuts. There is a small pet gated pet area near the parking lot if you are traveling with animals

I come in, sign said seat yourself. So I find a table and sit down. 3 others come in and get served long before I was even looked at. Three waitresses working. Very slow. One that was supposed to wait on me was visiting and chatting with one guy several times, kept looking at me with dirty looks. Put it this way.... if looks could kill, I'd be dead.
I'm sorry but I kinda like service when I go into a place to eat. I don't like to be lied too either, I dislike being treated disrespfully either. I'm very easy to please. I don't like getting rude...but I can be rude if I am being treated improperly. And inoring me is a sure fire way of ticking me off and causes me to become rude.
Once I was served the food was very good, waitress was a little rude, but that was because I kinda snapped cause I was being ignored.

Super friendly and helpful cashier! I wish I had gotten her name. Bathrooms were ok, could use a clean. No problems at the pump, clean water to wash windows. Dunkin’ Donuts and Iron Skillet restaurant inside the gas station. I didn’t use those facilities today though so I can’t say much about them.

Bathrooms were straight nasty! Went to the restaurant and two servers were in no hurry to take tables and both were rude. I got up and left I didn’t down one dime. This is why I stop at Loves and Pilot.

Absolute worst staff members of any truck stop. Very rude and acted like they were playing games to "get back at the customer." Go to the TA or the Loves down the freeway a bit. They will respect you like a human being, unlike this place which will treat you like dirt.
