Worst experience at any Pilot , its March 11, 2021 , i was brewing my coffee at store . Suddenly , the cup lids fall over at ground from one of the pilot's workinng lady with spex . Most shocking , she placed all that lids to use again instead of throwing in garbage . When i ask her about it , she told its none of your business . I'll not come here again even single time.

This pilot travel center was nice. It has about 100 parking spot for trucks, some of them are reserved spots that you have to pay for. There is a big open space all the way in the corner of the lot if you are Bobtailing you will have a place to park if all the spots are occupied. There is a nice big patch of grass in the back of the lot, great for dogs to run around. The fuel pumps we’re fairly clean and easy to get to when you’re entering. The men’s bathroom was small but kept up and clean. The store was also small but the employees were very nice.

I really like the pizza now that it no longer makes me very ill. The tea has a weird flavor that I don't care for and they're out of sweet tea. Great selection of drinks. Truck accessories many to choose from. Dennys attached! Many people don't realize the need for other stuff to be walking distance for truckers. The outlet mall. Hardly dealer. Bob Evans cracker barrel. All walking distance. Very sad there are no sidewalks especially across the bridge. Pedestrians are expendable I guess.

Decided to reserve a spot here because they had a Subway.. Put 100 gal in truck and parked.. Subway closes at 9:00 allegedly... Bought a fresh frozen sandwich, beef and been burrito , had to wait for coffee to be made , they were out of white sugar..Threw out the sandwich ( after it thawed was extremely dry ) ....Yup , should have parked across the street for free.....Employee were fairly nice , I think they said too short handed to keep Subway open ....Really , millions of people out of work and they are short handed... Also have been trying to call Corporate for 3 days ( in evenings) usually 30-40 calls ahead of me, then when it gets to my turn , I get a recording telling me to call back later...( which is at least 1 1/2 hrs on hold at a time)
