The room smells a little musty and it is clear that the interior is very old. For this area being such a tourist hub, it shoukd be more modern and better kept.
It is clean and the staff is friendly but not overly helpful.
I am staying for work so really just need a place to sleep. The bed is firm and the pillows are garbage. I'm glad I brought my own.

This is our second visit, and the front desk was still just as polite. Rooms are clean and house keepers were very nice, especially helping with children shenanigans. A little pricey, but I think worth the money. Breakfast is basic with only a waffle making station for a hot breakfast. Cereal, bread and yogurt options available.

All of the employees that I had spoken to were so friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and nice. It's also really close to Universal Studios and other attractions.

Wish I could give less than one star. Room smelled horribly of mildew. Black mold that was poorly covered up in the bathroom, hair was all in the bathtub, pillows are small squares (not even a regular rectangle shape). Honestly, they should have had to pay ME to stay there. I’ve never felt so cheated. How this hotel received a 3 star rating I will NEVER understand.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
We love the location, look, and the lure of this hotel! This hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to iDrive and Universal City Walk. I cannot overstress how clean the rooms are, how comfortable the beds are, and how welcoming the staff is.

Great location,near interstate but not noisy,lots of restaurant options,about a$7 taxi ride to universal studios. Offer free shuttle but times are limited and shutt is usually packed with other nearby hotel guests,the taxi option is better .good continental breakfast,nice clean rooms,very friendly staff.will be back

While the distance from the theme parks is ideal, this hotel's location and design leave much to be desired. What it lacks in modern design and function, it makes up for with great service.
Pros:
1. Stellar service from staff
2. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows
3. Less than 10 minutes away from Universal Studios Orlando
Cons:
1. Not the best area to walk around - the plaza immediately in front of it seems to be a den for poverty
2. Out-of-date rooms and hotel design - not necessarily dirty, but in serious need of a remodel.
3. Bathroom - specifically the shower. Terrible water pressure and limited hot water.
Worth it if you're on a budget trip with the family, but more expensive than $70-80 per night would not be worth it for me.
