i made a trip to go to ruby hospital but chose to stay at this motel becausr it had mostly good reviews...but when we got there the carpets were dirty looking also i didnt think the bathroom was the cleanest...but what got me is to begin i kept falling asleep on top of the sheets cause i had drove almost 200 miles so i was very tired.around 5 am i turned the sheets rown..went to sleep...ehen we got ready to leave i was throwing the sheets up on the bed.i looked wnd omg i had elept with dried blood on the sheets.bottom and top.god knoww how long it had been since clean sheets had been put on that bed!! i just left after seeing that...should have said something but didnt figure it would have done any good.i know i deserved a refund after all that.i have to return to the hospital again but wont be staying at this motel..so thanks for the nastiness.your workers need to do a better job!!

Served it's purpose. Clean and reasonable price. Was $75 for 2 queen beds. A 3 star place in anyone's book but gave it 4 for the value.

Staff is very unfriendly especially the manager. We found plankton (big cockroach) in the clothes drawer room and upon confronting the manager she got mad and after moving room several times and cancelled our reservation but that was a blessing because we got moved to the comfort inn in connellsville and it's a nice clean hotel I have the photo of real life plankton but dunno how to post it ..

When I checked in I went to my room unlocked door hurried and shut it bc it looked occupied. Go to front desk they give me a upgrade so I go to that room couldn't get in so staff tried to help that one was also occupied. Finally 3rd room was mine. The tv or cable didn't work

0/10 Rude staff, room was very dirty, Don’t waste your money here. Worst customer service . I had called in to make sure I was able to get into a room as soon as possible and was told yes over the phone . But when I got to the hotel the staff was throwing things and making fun … Lady at the desk was very rude, I told her about the room, she said, "I also agree I don't even care about my work I am just working here for money" she also said " This hotel is worse then others in town" I will not stay here again, I went to different hotel in town. Employees also don't care about customers.

Had to move us rooms cause under the sheets seemed to be bugs. Lady came up to look. The room they moved us to wasn't as nice & I found atleast 20 pieces of long hair on the bed & pillow & under the sheets. The toilet wasnt cleaned & had poop splashed all in the bowl & on the lid. We should have been upgraded not downgraded. The shower wasn't cleaned either. Didn't look like the curtains were ever washed. They need to fire the whole cleaning crew & train new people on how to properly sanitize a room cause that was totally uncalled for & a lack of care! The main reason people will not stay somewhere is the cleanliness! & they also need a lot more outlets in the room & on both sides of the bed. I had to make my coffee in the bathroom. Jus a thought...

Excellent staff and excellent service the hotel is mostly clean. The pool is nice but it creates a slipping hazard. When people use the pool the elevator is soaked.
Yet it's nice to have a hot breakfast. But the place is too inconsistent and it's service and the rooms were not cleaned correctly or broken fixtures. I was renting a room almost every week until we decided it would be easier to rent an apartment. Make sure that you check on your rooms before you rent them. I know sometimes you're tired when you finally get to the hotel but save yourself the headache.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Where to start with the room. Around the toilet was blood, lots of blood. There was a mystery green slime all over the bathroom wall and don't forget the black mold all over. We attempted one night and couldn't do it because of the mold. I have asthma. We asked to be moved and that room was even worse. It is not a quality inn. It is a hell hotel and needs to be shut down. The lady at the desk was very mean and she told me F off,
