1 star is being generous, if I could give negative stars, it would still be generous. After pre-paying for a room, I arrive 2 hours later to be told that because I didn't call ahead to tell them I have a dog they refused me a room. He added insult to injury by questioning why I was even traveling if I couldn't afford another room at a different hotel. Corporate received my complaint, I did get a refund from the 3rd party booking site, oh and a great room at a Motel 6 about 15 miles up the road and paid $20 less.

Don’t stay here if you want WiFi. Room was ok, it was clean at least but it smelled strongly of bleach. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The worst was how poor the WiFi was. The guy at the front desk said he was going to reset it but it didn’t help. 1 bar for both Red Roof Inn 1 and 3. The other guy at the front desk argued and said it’s stronger than the Marriott and I should just use my personal hotspot on my phone.

Found a whole roach in my bed and shower. Also Managment didn’t help me with my problems at all and told me I couldn’t get my money back. Don’t recommend on coming here.

Asked for an extra blanket because it was thinner than a sheet and they denied it. Bed sheets had stains and burn holes. Bathroom floor was dirty, everything was dirty. A/C unit was falling apart. TV remote didn't work. All around awful stay especially for $90/night. Pics for proof on my profile....

Horrible customer service! The lobby smells! High DO NOT RECOMMEND. Found out that Red Roof Inns have corporate owned and privately owned. This one is privately owned. I was told to stay away from Privately owned. Now I know why!

Great place for a clean and comfy hotel right downtown! My boyfriend had been staying here for work and Staff were very friendly and honest. Rooms were pretty and clean. Parking was convenient for the location. We were able to walk downtown and had great restaurants in view from my room. I will be back!

Very central to the nightlife in downtown. The floors were mopped and everything was great. The sheets were a little stained here and there, but they didn't smell. The a/c wall unit did not give out a moldy smell either, so that's good. It was also renovated, so I definitely felt very princess-like for what I paid for to stay here.
