LEELEE WELCH for 82 AUTO PARTS AND WRECKER SERVICE LLC
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very unprofessional! I called and priced a tow plus discussed the pick up location, saying that I will take the tow. They said it would take 45 minutes, which is ridiculous because GPS says they are about 15 minutes away, and then after not seeing anything in 45 minutes I called to get an ETA. The woman on the phone claimed that I did not say that I wanted it and that it would be another 45 minutes. She became agitated with my sister's reaction in the background and told me to have a good day.

my name is Anthony Pruitt, I'm a truck driver. I had a situation where I had to move my truck from one location to another, had called several wrecker companies around Prattville & Montgomery area, no company would help my situation. I called 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service and they came out and pulled my truck where I needed and also took pictures of before and after. Very good professional service that I called them again to pull my truck to mechanic shop for reasonable price. Before this, I had never heard of them but now I would highly recommend them. There is never NOT a right time to call 82 Auto Parts. Every individual that works for or represents 82 Auto Parts is polite, courteous, respectful and friendly. Theres no place too far where they wont come help you and it doesnt end whenever your vehicle is on the back of their truck. They go the extra mile to wait with you should you have someone on the way to get you and if you don't, they have no problem making sure you get where you need to be safely. Couldn't ask for better people!!!
