I got replacement truck today, corporate fuel card was missing. Called the dispatch, got picture of corporate fuel card. Drove this morning to Pilot, punch in all the information manually and fueled the truck. Later I have to switch dry van for reefer, went to TA to fuel , they refused to accept manually enter informations. They were unhelpful and the manager was rude. Sometimes I use cat scale at this location. Couple weeks ago I'm on the scale, calling my truck number, A1 like Alpha 1 and trailer number, D1 like Delta 1...went inside to pick up scale ticket, on the ticket it says Alpha 1 and Delta 1...can they train their employees how to communicate and operate the scale. Ladies inside know how to serve the food but they don't know much about costumer service and trucking.

Pretty sure Country Pride restaurant is just a decoration at this point, bathroom was ok except for the dude taking what i can only assume was a bath in the toilet, parking is mostly paid

Pulled in at 3 pm for an oil change and PM, had 1 truck ahead of me. I was skipped all night and it is now 12:30am and I’m still waiting. The evening crew did the bare minimum saving all the work for the early morning shift. I don’t recommend coming here unless completely necessary. NJ doesn’t have many truck stops but this should be your last resort.

Last night August 7th. The girl Brenda is super lazy, on the phone outside for 30 min. Had 4 customers waiting. Then gets inside and doesn't want to do her job like customers are an inconvenience.
No coffee, no creamer. When I asked he to refill she lied and said they had none.
I know this because early this morning there was creamer once the morning shift came on. They need to fire her. Bad look

Worst customer service. The point of paid parking is so the person paying has some where to park! Paid for a spot at 2pm only to get here at 11pm no spots. Lazy employees refuse to check on trucks that did not pay. I was offered a phone number for a refund. I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT A PLACE YO PARK MY TRUCK THAT I PAID FOR! RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

They have some kind of scam going on ! They have a sign up that says they have a coin shortage to use your debit cards and if you only have cash they conveniently have donation cards on the counter for your change they are not going to give you back. This should be against the law. Every bank has change.

Overall this was a surprisingly good experience. I only say this because I don't expect much from truck stops in New Jersey. This TA was actually very clean. The restrooms, the dining area, and the fuel desk area were all quite clean and orderly. The food was far better than expected. Everything was cooked to perfection and the food came out quickly. The only complaint was the waitress was not as attentive as she could have been, especially considering the restaurant wasn't very busy. She was friendly though, so I can overlook the lack of refills on coffee and the fact I had to walk up front to get my own check. Overall I was pretty happy though. I would recommend stopping here.
