Not too happy! While dropping my vehicle at the mechanics their tow truck driver backed my truck into the awning and broke my tail light. The driver instructed us to call the office and they will work it out. Well after repeated calls to the dispatcher and leaving messages at the office still no answer. Pretty sad I have to say. I thought they were a good company. Well I’m out about $80 bucks for a new tail light. Thanks Taylor’s!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would, they have a reputation for NOT paying their employees if they quit or are fired. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Their dispatcher Maddy is a almost as unprofessional as the owner! Horrible don’t recommend using them or working for them!

My husband used them recently to tow his truck 2.1 miles, they charged him for 4 hours of service.When he called they adjusted the price however still overcharging . ( 2 hours plus use of lights).Since when 2.1 miles takes you 2 hours and since when the customer pays for use of lights????.Would not recommend this company to anyone…..

Rarely have I had to deal with towing companies, even more rare to have had a pleasant experience... BUT, when all was said and done, this place was actually pretty phenomenal. From the first conversation with a woman I spoke with on the phone, I felt at ease; delighted she was not only able to answer all of my questions, she did so politely and with sincerity. When I went there, the girl up front was super sweet (Kinda made the whole tow thing a little more pleasant... GOOD HIRE!) The guys in the yard were really great; moved their truck so I could park closer in the rain, and the boss (owner?) was phenomenal;A true gentleman to have had the pleasure of dealing with in a really shi... bad time. I would hope I wouldn't have to, but I would highly recommend them to my family and friends... And to you guys ;)

Most disrespectful company. The tow truck driver who I believe is named Sam called me stupid and made me feel extremely unsafe. Companies like this are supposed to help people, and this business is far from professional or humane. I felt as if he wanted to fight me, and had malicious and violent behavior towards me when I questioned his attitude. As he drove me home, he taunted me and made fun of me for my incident, and made me feel very uncomfortable and sad. The next day, the lady who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and told me to “stop calling” when all I wanted to do was make sure my car was towed to the correct location to pick up. This business needs to be evaluated by a higher authority, if not they need to be shut down. In no way shape or form should people be treated like this in ANY circumstance. I am so disgusted and traumatized by my experience.
