I dropped my truck off for a oil change with no check engine light on, in fact I just had a DOT inspection. The truck was very well maintained. I went to pick my truck up before I left the lot, the check engine light was on, I left the truck there. The code turned out to be a oil pressure sensor, go figure a part is bad on the system they were working on. They wanted to charge me diagnostic fees, ridiculous replacement cost for part that looks at you when you open the hood. I'll pass. Oh yeah the the part was on a three month back order, I suspect my oil pressure sensor ended up on some ones trucks.

Frontier Specialized Heavy Transport for The Peterbilt Store - Baltimore
Been in the trucking business for over 30 years. I can't tell you how good the service is with these guys. I am moving my business from Rush Peterbilt to The Pete Store. Highly recommend them!

Stealer not a dealer Charged me $1250 labor to put air hose and air dryer filter on I came with the part , I called them before I drop the truck off, they said it will take 3 hours to get the job done. So I paid this amount for 3 hours working, wonder how much the hour costs at this place?

Worst service in trucking business you can ever experience. We've got an estimate for truck repair in August 30 and prepaid $2k. After 2 month of waiting time we paid a full amount of service. But because of miscommunication between our driver and a shop we overpaid $3k. Receptionist people would transfer you to service manager Andy, who will never pick up a phone or call you back. No email responds whatsoever. Finely, I had physically go to this location and I was advised that Baltimore location already sent a check refund to my address. In 2 days it will be December and almost 2 months after we fully paid for the service and waiting for a refund. From Baltimore location I was advised, that check was sent just last week and I have to wait another few weeks to get it. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and totally a nightmare. No one care about you, after money was received.
