Clean place with a few options to choose from as far as food. The Starbucks is amazing. I can never get a cappuccino made right. They always make it like a latte. I had one from here and it was perfect! So I went back and got another. A different barista made it this time. And it was just as perfect. Made my day.

Nice and clean on a newly renovated building but that's where my experience ended. The service at all food vendors was so backed up at 3pm that people were just leaving. The exterior parking areas don't have any ongoing daily cleaning from what I saw. There was lots of garbage. Unfortunately customers think it's ok to dispose of trash out their windows. But with that said the service area needs a better focus on keeping the nice new building feeling new.

No showers for truckers but parking was okay because I was bobtailed. Very clean restrooms compared to others I've visited.
The saying: Go with your first instinct, is super true! I should have listened and waited in Starbucks long line :( Although the service was great, I was very disappointed with the taste for the prices at Pret. I purchased 2 large lattes $11.09, 1 egg and cheese breakfast sandwich $5.20 and a cold pressed fruit & veggie drink $8.35.
Chick-Fil-A on the other hand was as expected. Great service, great taste. The only let down was they didn't have cheese sauce or fruit. But I was still satisfied :)

Looks like its Newly renovated, upgraded facilities, more fast food stores, more bathroom stalls, can be very crowded inside, and parking could be a challenge depending on the time of day. I might skip this rest area next time due to the number of vehicles that makes gas fill way longer.

Thank you for the clean and spacious family bathroom. With a 3 year old and a 15 month old, this was a life-saver. There was a changing table and even a child-sized toilet in the family restroom. I cannot state enough how grateful I was for these amenities! Overall, the building seemed clean and COVID-safe!

Recently remodeled. Excellent use of space, well laid out, plenty of seating, easy to move about even when busy.
Low water use restrooms. Several eateries. Starbucks. Massage chairs. Mini-mart.
Clean. Well lit. Small overall, but feels bigger due to good design.
Sufficient parking, multiple entrances, wheelchair friendly.

This rest area has very clean restrooms which is why I gave it four stars... The rest is barely a three. Parking isn't designed for easy navigation and it seemed as though all of the trash cans were overflowing. It has good food/drink options and the tables/chairs in the eating area were pretty clean.

Nice and clean facility. I gave a two because of the building's reflection on Thomas Edison. A great inventor, but the light bulb reflected the contributions of many, not just Thomas Edison. I'm a big advocate on teaching truths of history, not just His - story.

Very huge gas station with convenience stores, eateries and parking for big trucks.
Place is clean and neat. Prices are reasonable.
Don't like the water bottles being sold in being sold next to gas filling spot. Promoting the use of plastic. Promote refill and refilling packs.

As far as Jersey Pike travel plazas go I personally think this one is the best. This one has clean bathrooms and the staff move faster than a snail which pretty much bests all the other travel plazas on the Pike. I stop here quite a bit and it's consistently a better experience than the other stops.
The fuel lines tend to move fast here too which is a huge plus for me.
