Total Transportation awesome place to work they really treat their drivers with respect , I recently spent a week in Jackson, Ms is where Total Transportation has their main terminal I was treated with respect and the unusual thing I didn't meet anyone that complained about their job or that said they were not treated and was the same in Dallas at their sister company USXPESS they bought the old sneider terminal and gutted and renovated the whole the whole thing pool table, several big showers a theater room first class all the way,they've got about 15 bay first shop and the construction company was adding on another huge building, I really appreciate a first class trucking company, detail shop hmmm could've been final check

I called to ask about the cdl training program the recruiter sounded like he didn't want to explain anything . Then I ask if they had a training school or anything he was like well did you apply I'm like it don't take this kind of energy ! If anyone know a really cool recruiter that works for total please put me in connection with them because this guy that took my call needs more training or relieved from duty.

I was recently hired and am VERY excited about hauling freight for Total. Everything from accommodations to training and a career in truck driving is handled expertly, efficiently, and by the book. Mediocre training (driver trainer didn't actually do very much), low pay and low miles. Trailers were always in bad shape. I would not recommend staying after required time expires if you're coming from a school.

I have been working for Total for about 7 mo. Have only 1 problem in that time. Management jumped right on it. Very happy so far they have come though with every promise.
