This location gets 5 stars for customer service. While shopping this evening I asked two separate clerks for rather obscure items, one I asked for capers and the other enchilada sauce. Each clerk was extremely polite and personable and knew exactly where the item was. Then, at checkout, I asked the checkout clerk how to get to the elevator for parking - the clerk went out of his way, in the pouring rain, to walk me to the elevator. In this day and age I find it rare to have such a positive customer service experience. Trader Joe’s is clearly doing something right in the way it trains and treats its employees and it does not go unnoticed. I will note, however, that this location was out of spinach and eggs this evening - their stocking of basics could be improved!

Someone here does a horrible job of keeping everyday items in stock. I fully get seasonal items and items that come and go, and I am not describing them at all. I mean walking in and finding out they have no plain sliced white bread, no regular large eggs, no 2% milk, and half of their produce gone, picked over, or about to expire. There will be twelve bags of some odd salad mix that no one wants, but they will be sold out of basic spinach or lettuce every time. Perhaps I am an unlucky sample size of one, but this store is one of the worst for being like this of any Trader Joe’s I have been to.

I love where they shelf and place the coffee. I just wish they don't move things around constantly like some other places. The minute you figure everything, you have to go over again!
Friday afternoon, Saturday evening and Sunday is not crowded, other times you can literally bump into people. Most folks who shop here are young and from the area I guess. Store has covered parking under the building but I always prefer to park curbside if I can find anything. It's just easier than parking in the covered garage.

This trader Joe's is amazing! 1st time visit but worth shopping here. There is organic food and drink items. There is also a variety of foods. Everything is at this trader Joe's from flowers to grocery items.

It is a pleasure to shop here. The food variety, flowers, wines, etc, are at a top level. It’s interesting how this company trained their staff to remain visible at all times, by staying out of their customers’ way. I’ve been to a few Trader Joe’s living in NYC, and throughout the US, and this one, a mere 5 minutes away from where we live, is by far the best one ☝️

What’s not to like about this chain? Each outlet virtually identical in terms of quality and level of friendly service. Only variable is location and parking situation, and unfortunately here being attached to a residential development can make parking a real challenge during peak days/hours. So I’m mindful to avoid at times. I use Greenville outlet as alternative, not far away.

I wasn't aware that this location was a smaller, "convenience" size store. Need to go to a location which carries a larger selection of products. What they had though were interesting & reasonably priced specialty goods. I loved their products! Very clean, orderly store with friendly & helpful staff. 😊
