First off, this is east side Tulsa and we all know what that entails, but, I've been here for about 3 months now and I can't speak highly enough about the staff and what they have to endure. They take into consideration the needs of of their guests and do everything they can to make sure they have what they need.
Aj and Christopher have been so accommodating to me and others here.
Again, it's east side and it brings a lot of stigma, but it's a good place to reside.

Was scammed into this trashy place with photoshopped, altered photos they had on a site! They don't issue refunds.and the key is a normal key 🗝️ not a card. A majority of the tenants are looking to steal anything and everything at this joint. Did have a officer but still not safe. Hot pink doors ✅ no smoke detectors and doors won't securely shut

Bedding seems as if it was unchanged. There was glitter in the sheets (which I assume you can put together how glitter gets into bedding) and dirt. It was honestly disgusting. Dust hanging from the ceiling, roaches, moldy shower curtain, broken desk, dirty bedding and furniture, broken heater/ac, broken windows, etc. But I guess if you are strapped for cash and just need a place to lay your head, it'll do. Night staff was friendly but day staff wasn't there when I went to check out twice to get my deposit. I definitely would rather sleep in my car.

If I could give it a zero, I would. The evening staff was sort of rude. Not located in safe area. Bed hard as a rock. No light outside to see at not. Had stuff on the handicap parking and ramp. The lock on door hard to unlock and lock. But cheap

Nastiest place I have ever been!!!! Security guards were extremely rude to my disabled father and his service dog. There was dirt and hair in the bed, make up on a pillow, and bugs in the bathroom. Advertised queen beds, but were doubles. Concierge said management keeps changing so he doesn’t know the policies.....

The staff go beyond what you would normally expect. I'm on oxygen and was experiencing some rather difficult breathing issues, but I had left my inhalers in the truck. I called the desk and the young man ran to my room for my keys, ran to the truck, then came back with my inhalers. He waited until he was sure that the inhaler kicked in and made sure I was alright before leaving. Needless to say, I am grateful and impressed.

Nice motel. Guest service was zero complaints...It's just not convenient to have no way to cook or heat up anything to eat... So if you get hungry, miss that last turn off, or just missed that time all together...let's hope you don't, or have snacks and finger foods to hold you til the next feeding frinzy

Awesome room was clean and ready for my stay. The night clerk was helpful and knew his work. The morning clerk was very kind. The towels were very soft. The mattress was new. The facilities are well-maintained. The mid size fridge held all my foods and kept them overnight. Nothing was frozen except in the freezer compartment. Wifi was fast and easy to use. All was right. Hot water. A real tub! Bless this place!

Staff were nice, but the room hadn't been cleaned. I found cigarette butts in different spots, trash, and used q-tips on the floor. The room furniture was broken badly, as was the hair dryer. No toilet paper in the room. Breakfast was a grab bag with a bottle of water, muffin, and oat bar. The neighborhood was sketchy, too. The bed was comfortable and at least pest-free.
