I only called to speak to someone about a job..that’s all!! The call began with a rude guy who went by “Anne”. I requested to speak with a manager, he asked what it was regarding and I said “a job and technical support issues”. He proceeded to ask me again and again what it was regarding to a point where I actually grew annoyed. Like he wanted juicy details or something outside of his job title! I asked him if he was a manager where he stuttered back that he wasn’t. I asked one last time nicely to speak to someone who could actually help me and the line went silent. A moment later I was transferred to the HR department where they were talking at me like they were the security office. I mean really!? I’m just trying to support my family! If this is how power headed and rude the staff is over the phone I could only imagine what it’s like on the inside! They are in much need of an attitude adjustment!

Good place to deliver. Nice receivers and they unload you faster. You have to park disconnect and move your tandems and bobtail to a waiting area to be called.

Check in with guard at 8.30 am for a 9.00 am appointment, he gives me door put the trailer there went to office and the lady just said park and we text you when you can pull out you trailer. Its 2.50 pm and still waiting. So this was my experince here maybe other have better luck but i dont so bring food water cigarretes ( if you smoke) snacks and everything to have a wonderful 6 - 8 hrs picnic.. good luck and stay safe

Good long driveway for entrance. Guard at the gate acted like we were interrupting his day by arriving, but was quick and efficient in getting us checked in. Drop and hook. Drop was easy, plenty of room to maneuver. However, empty trailers were in a big mud pit. Horrible, bumpy access and every trailer seemed to be parked in a puddle. Yes, its winter, snow on the ground, but still, a little upkeep on the road would be nice. Granted, drivers AND Yard Dogs could drive a little slower to help keep the road in better shape.

Dropping trailers waste of time for everyone! My trailer gets empty after 45 min ! 3 hours still waiting for paperwork! What this people do to the drivers is just unbelievable........
